    I called what I thought was Superior Carpet Cleaning at ************ and scheduled a carpet cleaning for May 14, 2024. Upon arrival, the man that was to clean my carpet called me from ************ so I could open the door for him. He came in with equipment and my quote of $75 for the steam cleaning rose to $199 for a deep cleaning, but I agreed. The carpet looks NO different, and is now only wet and smells like fragrance. I paid the man the $199 because I was alone at home and afraid of any altercation. He gave me a receipt that reads Eco Carpet Cleaning with the phone number ************ so I tried calling there to express my dissatisfaction with the service, but it doesn't seem to be a working phone. I called back to the original number and was told the manager there, ***, would call me back, but I don't trust that he will as it has been over 3 hours. The man who did the work will not share the address of the business with me. The business also operates with the website *********************************************************************
