    Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied, and I sincerely apologize if our recent service did not meet your expectations.

    I understand you requested a refund for the carpet cleaning service, and I have issued a full refund of $250 for the service provided. However, the $50 you provided as a tip was considered a gratuity, which is a voluntary amount given separately as a sign of appreciation for the work performed. As such, it is not typically included in refunds since it is not part of the service fee.

    Additionally, I have attached a file where you can see a conversation between me and the client where I provided the price for the job and they agree to the amount of $250. 

    I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. I value your feedback and am committed to continually improving our services. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
