    Been going in circles with this company for weeks. I ordered coffee on 9/14 and it supposedly shipped 9/20. You can see the replies and copies of invoices Ive sent them in the email and they ask me the SAME questions over and over!!! The last tracking of my shipment has been in Windsor, ** where its been sitting since 9/30. EVERY day since 9/30, I get a notice that it will be delivered that day. All I want is my money back and Ill order my coffee from Amazon with 1 day delivery. No wonder they give you beans for orders. You think youre getting a break, but what your getting is ripped off when your order disappears.

    Good coffee when it arrives but when it doesnt, dont expect help from customer service - they just copy and paste their original email which states they will check with the carrier and wait three days, even after multiple emails for assistance. Horrible customer service

    Update...this afternoon after cancelling subscription, posting this review and contacting my bank, they sent a email to replace my order. I emailed them a couple days ago to inform them that I would be cancelling subscription and contacting my bank. My assumtion is that all of this triggered them to do something, however. It's too late. Now I have to wait and see if this replacement order arrives and refuse delivery. This has been a nightmare to deal with and I will never do business with this company again.
