    website is always down or makes you change your password, accepts the new password and then wont let you in with an error code making it impossible to access your account or change or update payment information. I spent over a week trying to contact someone for help thru email and with hold times over 20 minutes when calling in and general response emails were sent in response to my emails with no resolution. They have charged me in the past a $5 reinstatement fee when I had available funds in my account. I was able to provide proof they didnt charge my card and was refunded the $5. Here we are again with them trying to tack on fees onto a p***aid account still with a pre paid balance of $8. I realize they require $10 minimum but how can I refill if I have no access to my account?. I explained my situation to the customer service *** today and she didnt even acknowledge anything I was complaining about but agreed to waive the $5 fee again. This company has shady business practices.

    Aug 13, 2022 I was getting off on Otay Lake rd stopped to pay it wouldn't read my card & struggled trying to read the screen can't really see anything on the screen! Left and decided pay it later, on the same day 2 hrs later got back on the exact same and the same thing couldn't read card and you can barely read the screen, again struggling to pay toll. Called Monday morning Aug. 15th, 2022 to pay No One Answers customer service!!! I was literally waiting for 2 1/2 hrs. Days later made another attempt and still no one answers customer service waiting for 1hr.... to this day Sept 16th still NO ONE ANSWERS!! THEY'RE QUICK TO TAKE UR MONEY BUT DON'T HAVE TIME TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE!! REALLY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! THEY NEED TO STOP CHARGING AND LET PEOPLE JUST GO TO EASTLAKE. IT'S NOT A POOR SIDE OF TOWN IT'S FOR MONEY AND AS A CONSUMER I ALWAYS PAY IT'S NOT EVEN NECESSARY TO CHARGE JUST TO GO SHOPPING THERE!!!

    Just received a notice in the mail from these scam artists demanding money. I haven't been anywhere near San Diego in YEARS. And now it's my responsibility to prove I wasn't even there?Welcome to the dystopian future.

    I received a mail 3 days ago. dated 7/1 and 8/2. Both mail send almost same time and first is notifying that I have 10.43 balance on my account and the other is saying I have to pay93.57 immediately. I tried to call them for the last 3 days waiting time 45min to 2 hour but nobody is responding. I emailed them today hoping to settle things. I moved from South california to north cali. Bay area express customer service is better. But this south bay express need a big room for improvement. So I can’t settle my account and I am charged with violation for not updating my credit card online???! What a scam?! They don’t have any other way to communicate. I tried to do contact us email but no way to send the comment after filling up the form or request. Hope somebody will call their attention they overcharging customers. This can be a violation to customers.

    1:25 mins to get a vehicle added . Sure fast to process fines but not help resolve the issue ..
