      I opened a car loan a few years ago and had no issues. A few months ago I opened a second car loan with them because their branch is near my home and I thought their service was decent. Most recently I am working abroad for a few months and need to constantly check my bank account to make sure everything is okay and my direct deposits are being deposited. But SDCCU does not let me log into my account. I have been calling for 3 days consecutively and every day they tell me I need to wait 24 hours for my account to unlock itself. I do not have these issues with any other big banks like Chase. I requested to be transferred to a manager and waited over 30 minutes in line and never got to speak with a manager. I genuinely do not recommend this organization to anybody, there are better and bigger organizations with better customer service. They do not have enough staff to handle the customers.
