Well I just started with Beyond Finance and I've already approved 3 settlement offers and everyone on the team has been so helpful and professional. So I'm very impressed with the Beyond Financial team.

OMG! Very very professional, polite and patient! I didn't feel rushed over the phone at all ,she took her time explaining everything to me and answered all of my questions!I'm super excited of becoming debt free! Day one with beyond finance, I expressed my concerns and my skepticism about opening an account with them, but I did. Day two, I called them to close the account and stop all action, and was assured that did happen. Skip forward to today August 20th 2022, I receive a letter in the mail from crossroad financial that there is an account with the username beyond LLC that I gave no permission to open. Tried to file a complaint with the BBB AND THIS IS WHERE THEY SENT ME! I am totally past disgusted at this point and don't know what to do. I will try to file another complaint with the BBB at this point I am extremely angry that any business has the right to open an account with another business in my name.Beyond Finance

The frustration I have had trying to graduate from this company is ridiculous. I have made multiple calls weekly. I had paid a large chunk of money in January of 2022 to pay off the estimated debt. I have had to call monthly to make sure they didnt continue to withdrawal unnecessary funds. I have been asking for the last three months how I can graduate since you have had the funds and all creditors have been paid. One person said one thing, you call back another person says something else. I have never been sent to a supervisor although I have asked on multiple occasions. I was told I need x amount of additional money to graduate so I added those funds on 2 separate occasions just to find out that I actually have a positive balance over $600! It is now the end of August and I am still waiting for the final graduation packet. After all is said and done, they saved me ****** even though they estimated a savings of ******. If I had known it was going to be so complicated, I would of just dealt with my creditors.Beyond Finance

Since this review. I had one person reach out. Said he would follow back up with me and never did. It is now September 14th, I put an offer on a house only to find out there is a hold up with one of the creditors they paid back in June be issue the settlement offer they sent was late. There is still a open account on my credit report with a balance even though Beyond said it was taken care of. Still have not received the graduation packet. Money in small amounts is still coming out of my dedicated account. I will not be able to move forward with purchase of this home.Review fromDean B
