DANGER SCAMMERS twomoms buy test strips are scamming people out of their diabetic supplies. This people are a scam. Dont send nothing here!!!! They will keep the majority of your diabetic supplies and tell you that its damaged. So they can keep them without paying. Then they make a donation on their behalf with your supplies and report it on their taxes so they can get a tax credit and make legal money out of the stuff that they keep and told you it was damaged. The customer emailed us on November 11 apologizing for his reviews. I will send a screenshot of the email. I believe this review should be deleted if the customer has not gotten around to deleting it himself. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY I would not trust this company as they kept products and deem them violating their policies. I sent products to them with no damage when I got an email from them saying they were keeping one and not paying for the other item as it was too damaged. First off I would not send a box with a busted open side so the damage was done thru the post office or they purposely did, so they wouldn't have to pay for the items and then they can declare its in their policy not to send items back which means they get that item free without compensating you. I sent them new censors never opened which selI over $60 each in store. I could of sold online in the marketplace and got my full money back if i known they would dupe me. I should of paid attention to their reviews in which this had been done to others. I would never recommend anyone to do business with this company. Lessons learned. I will keep with other companies that do this and have been good to **** only tried them because they were offering higher payouts then my previous transaction for my supplies from another company, but I never had problems like this occur until I used them.Two Moms Buy Test Strips

The customer sent damaged product. The two items that were sent were smashed, wrinkled and torn. We have pictures of the product and and video of us opening the box that the customer sent. We are grateful she's considering staying with other companies because and video she did not read our criteria necessary to send intact product and get reimbursed.Review fromRobert B

1 starThese people are cheats. Do not send them anything. They get the boxes and the supplies you send and they damage the boxes and take pictures of boxes they damage themselves. I take pictures of all I send them and the shape they are in which are mint condition. There is no way the product could have tears and rips in the boxes as they are packaged well. They hide the shipping box and just show a small corner and say the package is in good codition. If you show a close up you can see damage on the **** box that they claim is in good condition. They have cheated me out of ***** dollars. They are cheats and I advise you to send them to another place. 1 starI sent them two boxes of freestyle libre 2 glucose sensors and i see on my account that they claim one of them is damaged. I photographed both boxes before shipping them and both were in perfect condition. Last time i am selling diabetic supplies to crooked companies. Its all a scam.Review fromKimberly A

I have used them 1 time prior to this and have had no issues I did my research and considering they have only had 9 complaints in 3 years and only 2 in the past year I think they must be doing something right lol I have experienced some issues with other companies however they were not BBB accredited they have an A- rating which is impressive and I hope to continue doing business with them in the future i have a current shipment delivered to them Jus Thursday 1/25/24 and was already sent payment 1/26/24 in the evening I have one more package awaiting processing and will most likely see payment for that on Mon 1/29/24 I hope customers will continue to give them a chance their prices are fair and as they have said Im their replies they are very clear as to the policy and terms that we as the customer have to agree with upon choosing to conduct business with them best of luck ?? 2 moms keep us updated and keep up the great workTwo Moms Buy Test Strips

Two Moms is one of the few businesses that's an exception to the rule. Most businesses that deal directly with the general public accomplish customer satisfaction roughly around 65/75% at best. Whereas ******** and ****** have raised the bar. Since I have been doing business with Two Moms I can honestly say that my satisfaction is at an astounding 95%!!! They operate an extremely cerebral as well as caring business. Basically if you work with them, they'll put in that EXTRA needed to get the job done excercising the 'personal touch'.
