They lied and said items were not in the box. Took a picture saying "this was only thing in the box". My girlfriend and I both witnessed what was in the box. This happened on two occasions. Don't use them, they are cheats and will steal your goods!!!Two Moms Buy Test Strips

It is our stance that the customer is sadly mistaken. This customer has happily done business with us 25 times since February 2021. We dont know what to say other than we are very careful when we inventory items. And we looked through the customers other orders with us and there was no order where we fixed our mistake as he claims. We are not sure why a customer would choose to do business with us after even one occurrence of where they felt we cheated them. The company stole three brand new Dexcom sensors from me. Said they dont buy them in separate boxes just in a three pack box. They were three brand new sensors in brand new boxes. They refused to ship them back to me. Said they donate them. Whatever! There is no reason not to be paid, its the same item. Brand new sensors in perfect boxes.Two Moms Buy Test Strips

The customer sent in items that we dont purchase. The customer is incorrect saying that what she sent is the same item we purchase. When the customer makes an order with us, they have to check TWO boxes that they have read & understand our terms and conditions, before they are able to place their order. These terms and conditions alert the customer to the fact that we are not able to return their items to them if they send their items in error. This is because we already cover shipping costs for the customers to send their items to us. Not only would it be time consuming for us to be packing up boxes that were shipped to us in error, it would also double our shipping costs and put us out of business. This is why we go to great lengths to educate the customer that we do not return items sent to us in error (expired, damaged, etc.).We try really hard to alert our customers on our website, ******** page, in our virtual assistant chat and in our emails to please double check your supplies before sending them since we won't buy or return any that don't match our requirements.If you can imagine, if we had to return every box that we could not purchase we would spend most of the day, every day, shipping back supplies. If that were the case, we would have to lower our prices to hire additional staff (or go out of business) just to send back supplies we already lost money on since we could not buy them and already paid the shipping costs for people to ship them to us. That's why we ask our customers to agree to our terms and conditions before checking out to avoid any confusion or disappointment and strive to provide our sellers a great experience each time they sell with us.We do donate items locally in our area if they are usable and accepted. Its sad, because on their website they portray this as a company that helps diabetics..but being a type 1 diabetic for 21 years I could never predict the h*** that this company was to deal with.I will make this brief by stating I sent them **** Total test strips and they paid me ************************************************************************************************* show nothing of the sort, other than residue paper damage that is common with prescription labels. Also, they gave me zero dollars for test strips that were only a few days out from an eight month expiration date. I think their customer service is perhaps the biggest problem however, as all communication with them was rude and extremely condescending. Stay away at all costs. If you need even more proof than this review I suggest you either read their responses to their reviews on ******* or their response (if any) to this review.Two Moms Buy Test Strips

The customer submitted items that were short dated, damaged, and ripped. We would attach a picture of some of the items the customer sent that we could not purchase, But I dont see a place to do that. The customer is claiming that his items were in much better condition and had better expiration dates than was the actual case.I have pictures I can upload to show that this is not true.We actually show on our website pictures of what we consider damage. The customer chose to ignore the criteria of the items that we purchase and pay full price for. We paid him for the items that we could pay for, so this order is closed now.Additionally, myself and my staff were courteous to the customer and took a great deal of care in explaining why we couldnt buy most of his product. He was was abusive and rude. In fact, he is still emailing us and becoming more abusive and rude with every email. Is there a place to attach snapshots of the conversation between the Customer and myself and our staff?Ross D.

None of these items were ripped or missing paper other than the label residue that you had already docked me for. I already posted a picture on another review of the **** test strips that you guys quoted me ****** for and then proceeded to send *****. I really suggest you guys stop harassing me through email and just let this situation end as you are becoming predatory at this point. 1 starI agree with the negative reviews. I had success the first few times and they pay quickly. This last time they paid short $90 saying there was damage. ************ was on one, and that was true, I had struck out my daughter's name. Transmitter box they said had been opened. I never open the boxes until my daughter needs to use. Looked like someone had pushed the bottom in. They said the package wasn't damaged but cut short payment for several boxes of strips. One was a tiny flap was lifted up. I had just received these and left them in the same container, never took them out, and sent them in because we had enough at home. They have excuses for all negative reviews. I was huge fan until now and they just kept saying I didn't understand. I do understand, I was cammed and won't use again. Won't be back on here to read their excuses. I'm just so disappointed as I was selling them in hopes they would get to people who need but there are plenty of companies out there. I like the idea of taking pictures before but I don't think that will matter, they will just say Oh well this is how we received. Thank you.Review fromEdward M

Ive been doing business with the Two moms for four years now and have been nothing but impressed with their quick payments and customer service over the years Im very confused by the reviews here because apparently only people that are upset leave reviews on BBB whereas on trust pilot, the two moms have over ****+ 5 star reviews. I have made the mistake of sending supplies that didnt match my quote like some others mentioned here and took responsibility for my errors and they were fair and gracious.Im grateful for their help and being there every other month when I sell my supplies and couldnt recommend them highly enough.Thanks ladies!Two Moms Buy Test Strips

Dont not send your stuff here!! They will pay you the first two times.. then they will lie and say your stuff was damaged ******* shipping.. I know for a fact it was not.. I called the post office and they informed me my box was not damaged on delivery.. I took pictures of my stuff I sent to them and carefully wrapped each item with extreme care.. Do you think that I would ship my stuff with a chance of not being paid my correct amount.. Also they would not send me pictures of my items that were damaged.. I have my numbers and wanted to see with my own eyes that they were damaged.. when I called I wanted them to be returned and they stated they would not ship them back.. they took close to ****** off of me.. so BEWARE!!Two Moms Buy Test Strips

****** has done business with us several times. Between May and July of this year she has sent us four perfect orders, which were paid in full with no issues. The fifth order that was sent in August, arrived with damage. Two of the items had minor damage which were deducted $15 each for a total of $30. One of the items was completely smashed and unbuyable, which was a deduction of $180. My suspicion is that the customer did carefully wrap and ship her products based on the previous four perfect orders. However, we report the condition of the items that we receive. We also take pictures which are available to our customers under their account on our website. The allegation that we would not send pictures doesnt make sense, because we make the pictures available by download to our customers. We did not damage the items, they appear to have been damaged in transit, because we have a picture of the shipping box with some accordion type of compression. We recommended that the customer would submit a refund request in with the post office, due to the fact that the pictures showed damage to the shipping box. We are very forthright on our website about the fact that we do not return items that are sent to us in error or are damaged. This is standard in the industry because it is quite expensive and time consuming to return items that are not purchasable. The customer expressed dissatisfaction, so the sixth order that was in transit to us, was returned to her upon arrival as a courtesy.
