    I agree with the other reviews below. I sent in my excess test strips and each time they short change me saying the boxes where damage when in fact they weren't and refused to compromise. Most people rely on the extra funds to help with their financial needs and to always reducing the amounts owed is despicable. I took pictures before I send them out. I would NOT recommend them to anyone going forward nor will I use them again. I would recommend that the BBB give them an "F". The deserve 0 star.

    The customer sent Test Strip boxes that had paper missing due to label removal. Despite showing the damage via pictures, the customer maintained that the products she sent were mint condition. We are very clear in our terms and conditions that we dont return damaged product due to time and expense. Its unfortunate when customers send product we cannot purchase, its not only a disappointment for them but us as well. We desire our customers to have a good experience so that they return and do business with us again.

    Twomomsbuyteststrips.com is a fraudulent organization the consumer needs to be made aware of. I shipped diabetic supplies I can no longer use to them for payment. Upon arrival the shipping container was undamaged per their photos. However, upon unpacking the box they damaged the merchandise. They accused me of sending them ripped boxes. They kept 20 pods and sold them at my expense and profited off of me without paying me the contract allowance. I sent them my photos and their excuse was I did not pack them well enough. A complete fabrication. The owner wanted to argue with me for 30 minutes via text. Try calling and her voicemail is full.that is your first red flag of hundreds of complaints flooding their organization. I offered to pay for the return postage and she refusedkept arguing for 30 minutes that it was cost prohibitive for her. Yes, paying me what Im owed and then selling them at their cost is cost prohibitive because she had to pay me, not stiff me and sell them. I offered to pay for postage and send her 20 newly packaged pods. She again refused and wanted to argue for 30 minutes. The time she spent arguing and acting like an unprofessional business owner she could have packaged and mailed them back. These 2 moms are 2 devils! Why would someone send them torn boxes knowing they would not get paid to begin with??? They are in complete desperation for merchandise and will fabricate receipt of your shipment, so they do not need to pay you. They throw out there the overwhelmingly satsifed customers but try leaving a negative complaint and its deleted. Its all a big scam by these 2 ladies who likely are not ladies at all. You can file a complaint on their website. Please contact the ********* Attorney General and the **************** Attorney General with your complaints. They are waiting to hear from you to build their case against twomomsbuyteststripts.com. Lets build a class action against them!!!

    ***, Youve been doing business with us since September 2020. Weve had 22 successful transactions except for this last one, where we received two [not 20] Omnipod Dash 10 packs that were ripped. We are very careful opening shipments and only report what we find upon opening the shipping containers. Its true that we do not return product, and its not dependent upon the customer sending us postage. We dont have the staff to box, pack up, and return the enormous amount of items that customers send us in error. We would have to hire an entire new staff just for returns. This is why we are very clear on our website, and also when you place your order, that we do not return the product that we receive that is incorrect, or damaged. Customers must agree to these terms and conditions before they even place their order with us. You understood these terms and conditions as well. Any unpurchasabe items that are still usable are kindly donated to local charities. We do not make a profit when our customers send us items that we cannot purchase. Additionally, we want our customers to be happy, so if theres anyway we can pay them for their items, we do. Were disappointed that our business relationship turned sour, but we wish you the best in the future. 2 Moms
