Over the course of 15 (plus) years, I have dealt with many individuals and companies who buy diabetic supplies and 99% of them do not treat you fairly. In my experience, some take your money and run, some take days to answer emails, some use fake temporary websites, some change their business address and phone number, some have bad reviews on BBB, and some even try to threaten and bully you. But all 99% have one thing in common... they are all dishonest in some way, shape or form. Out of the 21 shady individuals and companies I've dealt with, only one has consistently, honestly and fairly provided me with top-notch customer service, bought my extra supplies at a fair price and make the experience simple and easy. That company is Two Moms Buy Test Strips. This review WAS NOT submitted after just one transaction. As a matter of fact, I only write a review after a minimum of a year, whether or not it is favorable. I've had several transactions with this company and their actions support my 5-star rating. I followed the process and sent 2 boxes of strips. Have had bad experience with another company and was very skeptical about this new bunch. Sent the strips. Site said the check was sent. I didn't get it and sent a cranky, not-quite-mean email. Didn't expect a call from one of the women that night! She was lovely, concerned and offered ways to make the payment right. I gave it another day and sure enough the check had gone to the wrong address. Neighbor brought it to me and I was a happy woman!!! Am sending 3 more boxes this week. This individual sent us several items, two of which had expiration dates of 1 month and 4 months. Our website very clearly states that the minimum expiration date that is acceptable for Payment is 8 months. We even have a expiration date calculator under each item that we purchase, so that customers can know for sure whether the item that theyre sending is purchasable or not. This individual did not use any of the tools we provided on our website which enable our customers to have a good experience selling to us. And instead of being honest about her mistake, she posted a negative review complaining that we didnt buy her products. Thats not honest and its not fair. We love to surprise our customers with excellent service! A lot of our customers come to us from other companies where they were not treated very well. We are happy to turn that experience around for them :-) And yes, we pay as fast as we can and its not unusual to get paid the same day your items get to **! [we dont guarantee that, but it does happen a lot!]
