After giving them thousands of dollars, they send you a contract with wrong service numbers to call. The numbers are connected to actual service organizations (i.e. ***********). You get approved for reimbursement and no money is ever reimbursed. They tell you to wait 4-8 weeks for a check that never comes. You then get pushed into a blame game between Wholesale Warranty and the service company saying they are waiting on contracts to be sent over. In the end, Wholesale Warranty tells you that you called the wrong number and gives you a new number. All the while knowing it's past the 30 day claim deadline at this point and YOU WILL NOT GET REIMBURSED! Now you are out hundreds to thousands of dollars. To make matters worse, the Salesman (***********************) that signed the email from their customer ********************** with misleading phone numbers to service centers is no where to be found! The President/CEO ************************ doesn't give a c*** either. **** doesn't even have the decency to own up to their deceitful practices and make it right. What a joke. Unprofessional. I have proof of everything, if needed! Incorrect media showing the deceitful numbers, contract, and emails from the **** *********************** saying the phone numbers I received were wrong.

I worked with Wholesale Warranty on covering a vehicle that I was considering purchasing. The initial $450 fee was to cover the inspection they required before coverage. Their website says "Our Pre-Purchase Inspection Is A Complete Mechanical Review Of Your Coach To Ensure All Covered Components Are In Working Condition At The Time Your RV Warranty Goes Into Force. Our RV Inspectors Will Even Come To Your Location!" The inspection report I received (attached) showed there were no defects. When I tried to change to an exclusionary warranty, I was informed that the water heater and refrigerator were not tested because the dealer was not cooperative. (I asked ahead of time if the inspection would be good if I change coverage level. I was told yes). The dealer was cooperative. The dealer informed me that the inspector did not know what he was doing. He could not identify the type of refrigerator he was inspecting (compressor, not LP). I believe the dealer since the water heater was an on demand water heater. There was no reason why that could not have been tested immediately. Two issues: The inspection was not complete and the report was not accurate. Wholesale Warranties should hold **** Appraisals accountable for the botched inspection and should request and forward a refund.

I have mixed review: I'm at the end of my 2 year policy and have nearly 2 months left and canceled the policy. I was told initially by the salesperson that I could get a refund if I canceled before my 2 years was up - I prepaid for the 2 yr policy to receive a discount.. My policy began on May 4, 2021. (Paid $1,056.00). That is not the case. Because I made a claim (received less than $300) I am not entitled to any refund. Here is the exact wording from my email: "We hope this email finds you well. The warranty company has informed me that the cancellation has been processed. "Unfortunately, due to the very low unused percentage remaining, as well as the amount in claims that was paid out, there is no refund due from your Extended Elite Plan." " I would have paid my premiums monthly (I got a discount for paying in advance for the 2 year policy). So, if you are considering paying in advance be warned that you may not receive the refund that they are promising. I went back and forth a few times with them to get my refund but they are not budging.
