1 starWholesale Warranties / Viking Protection plan. My experience with them has been difficult and stressful. they declined a repair claim that is clearly covered under my plan. their Supervisor is working on my complaint, but it does not look promising. it is going on two weeks since my claim has been sent.Review fromPatsy C

I have had several things repaired or replaced on my RV. Wholesale Warranty paid as soon as the work was completed . No problems at all . I recommend Wholesale Warranty more than any other **************** that I researched. Great company . Great Warranty

Have had to use the warranty plan several times and it's always been a no hassle experience. The repair facility contacts Wholesale Warranties to get the approval, takes care of the repair and I just pay the deductible. WW then calls a few days after to make sure that the repairs were done satisfactorily. Highly recommend.Wholesale Warranties

I was worried about buying a 7 yr old motor home, but Wholesale Warranty made it much easier. First they did a full inspection to make sure everything was working before they would insure it. That gave me some peace of mind just to start with. After using it for one camping season during some very hot days the ** died. I took it to ************ who does not do warranty work at all. He checked it out and confirmed that a new ** would be needed. He asked who my extended warranty was with and asked to see the policy. I gave it to him and after he reviewed it he agreed to do the warranty work. He replaced the ** and I havent heard any complaints from him about the filing process or with how long it took him to get paid. There was no problem with the process and the new ** is working great.Wholesale Warranties

I have no complaints on the handling of our claims. I asked our repair facility to give me an honest answer as to the ease of working with you all. They stated that the process and response times were great which made their job easier. Thank you for being an amazing warranty company...it makes owning a used RV a dream. We are so pleased with our experience! I just cannot say enough good things about it. Our refrigerator stopped working and needed repair. My dealer worked with Wholesale Warranties to get this resolved promptly and to both of our satisfaction.I specifically asked my dealer what her opinion was of working with Wholesale Warranties. She has been in business for decades but has never worked with WW on a claim. She told me that everyone she spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable and responded to her promptly. Their questions were succinct and appropriate unlike the experience she has had with a different popular extended warranty service company. The whole repair was done within about 2 weeks, parts and labor, and now we very happily have good refrigeration again. I highly recommend Wholesale Warranties, and I personally will not be without their extended warranty on any rig we own.Wholesale Warranties

I never thought an extended service plan (ESP) would be worth it, but after a lot of research, I took a chance with wholesale warranties for my new RV and how unexpectedly surprised and happy I have been. Ive done two claims with them and both times the communication, support, and service was above and beyond!!! The best example is that I took it back to my RV dealer with a slide issue and my RV dealer service rep told me that the repairs would NOT be covered by my ESP but I called wholesale warranties rep and they said of course that would be covered. I went back to my repair service rep and told him and his words were, *** never seen that covered before. IT WAS COVERED BY WHOLESALE WARRANTIES. SO GLAD I DIDNT purchase the extended service plan that my RV dealer was selling !!! Thank you wholesale warranties.Wholesale Warranties
