The claim process. My service provider file the claim and all I had to do was pay my deductible. Repairs were completed in less that a week.

The claims process was seamless, as the customer. We called a qualified technician and they took our warranty information. They called us within the week saying the claim had been approved. The Provider, Always Reddy, ordered the parts, set an appointment for install and completed the whole process. We are please with the outcome and would recommend Wholesale Warranty and Always Reddy service in **.Wholesale Warranties

Wholesale Warranties took care of everything when our hydraulic line busted on our 5th wheel. Made my call to claims, then called a repair company out. Work was then completed and I didnt have to do anything farther other than paying my deductible. Everything thing else with the payment was handled between the repair company and wholesale warranties.Wholesale Warranties

I had to use my extended for the first time, and got worried when my dealer had not heard of wholesale warranty. Man was I wrong for worrying. The service department contacted wholesale warranty and everything was approved, the repairs were done without any issues. I was called by the service department when my RV was ready. They need to respond faster when your stranded somewhere along the road you dont have time to set days waiting on a inspector to get something fixed if you have qualified people working on your Motorhome approve it so you can move onWholesale Warranties

While not every repair will need an inspection before approval, this is a common requirement of all extended service contracts for certain types of breakdowns. That said, the process is usually very quick, and it sounds like that was not the case with your claim, which we can understand is very frustrating when traveling. Im glad they covered our refrigerator.Wish my grand design camper wasnt built like all the ** service departments say that ALL the newer campers are built. Especially during Covid when they were just slapping them together. So many things have gone wrong and weve only had it two years. I think its a crime to sell these campers with such poor workmanship and with the lowest end of products. But my warranty experience was good. We didnt have to fight you, which is really nice.Wholesale Warranties
