Also, when I have needed a repair and the repair shop see that my extended warranty is with Wholesale Warranties they are eager to assist me.   I have used my wholesale warranties service plan on three occasions. It is important to know the rules and what they cover and dont cover. They do not cover diagnostics, so any charges the shop has to analyze the problem is on you. If no parts are required, generally the cost is on you. An example is one where my leveling jacks where not working properly. The seals were dry. The repair was my cost. My major issue with wholesale warranties is if the repair center does ANY WORK trying to figure out the problem on your rig, prior to approval, you get zero reimbursement. How do you give an estimate before you know what it is? It cost me $1200 when they denied it. It wasnt my fault but I paid. But for major repairs, and if the shop follows ALL procedures prior to ANY REPAIRS, you get something back. But expect it to be 20-40% of the total job, maybe more. . So it is worth having.

  The ** problem was diagnosed by the Towing Service. They called Wholesale Warranty and got immediate approval to repair without Towing. I paid for the repair and it was fixed that afternoon. I received a check from WW within a few days. I would recommend WW to anyone that needs ** repair coverage.

  Recently, one of my a/cs went out and needed to be replaced. My service tech was able to get the information needed to file the claim within hours. All around a great experience!

  Although I have at least broken even on my Wholesale ******************* in my current contract, there were at least 50% of the engagements that caused unnecessary aggravation or heartburn. About midway through my contract, it began to appear to me that when submitting a claim there was an immediate focus by WW on issues/reasons that a claim could not be considered. Not every RV tragedy plays out the same, has the same timeline and steps to resolution. WW often seemed inflexible even when I was taking steps to save me and them money. When bad things happen and you are fighting with a dealer to obtain parts and make timely repairs while manipulating future plans to avoid a financial loss, the last thing you need is additional challenges that hold-up progress and timely resolution. Repair facilities are overwhelmed and on a tight timeline to complete your work and start on the next job. If you want to blow up the whole process and **** them off, simply ask the repair facility to pause their work until you hear back from WW. In my most recent situation, it took just shy of 2 weeks to gain a response from WW, and neither I nor the facility could sit idle that long. One repair facility even charged me an extra $100 to deal with WW for coverage which says it all. In summary, when an RV tragedy occurs, I need an advocate more than another adversary. I appreciate the coverage WW offered, but the process could be more user friendly and efficient.

  Wholesale Warranties worked directly with my RV Repair shop. The Repair shop indicated WW requested repair information, reviewed the received documentation promptly and approved all repairs in a timely manner. They were professional and prompt. One can't ask for more than that.

  I am on my 2nd Wholesale Warranties Extended Warranty contract. The sales process is well done and persistent So far under my current contract I have had few claims. Most are covered as expected.I have not had any problems this time or previously.
