  I purchased a warranty from Wholesale Warranties in 11-2019. I invested ******** in their Total Coverage plan to cover all of the working systems in the *** Warranties sold my contract to a company called ************************* They are a servicing agency for the recreation vehicle industry. I had a hydraulic line blow on my slide-out in ********, **. The repair bill was ********. The ***** I spent for ********** Coverage covered repairs to the slide, except there was an exclusion to all hoses on the vehicle. They denied my claim. I had a hydraulic valve fail two weeks later in ******. The bill was ******. I had a deductible of ******. They reimbursed me ****** because ************************ uses ****** Labor Guide for paying labor charges. It doesnt matter what the shop charges for labor. They only pay from the ****** Labor guide. I had to submit the claim multiple times. My experience with ************************s customer ********************** and claims over the last 3+ years was pathetic because Im not their customer. Their ********************** favors the warranty company. You had better have every receipt and a maintenance log if you expect reimbursement on a major repair like engine, transmission etc. The Wholesale Warranty Total Coverage was the worst investment I made in my *** I would not recommend them to anyone.

  Wholesale Warranties is a great company. So glad I purchased their extended warranty for my RV. Some of the best money I have spent! Highly recommend.

  For three days, we could not get the underwriter to approve payment for the policy's share of the repair even though for two days in a row they promised a written approval by email by the end of the workday. One call, returned early the following business day initiated a chain of events where **** (Wholesale Warranties agent) directly contacted the agency "reviewing" the repair, got the history, pursued the issue, and received the written authorization to close out the Work Order. **** accomplished this on one day for us and his prompt response and diligence in getting closure was sincerely appreciated.

  Our first time needing an extended warranty repair on our motorhome was a pleasant experience, we called a mobile technician in the area because our bedroom slide was not working properly, and our water heater was leaking.He came out within a few days, diagnosed the problems, ordered the parts, came out the following week and repaired them both. our microwave stopped working while waiting on the parts, so when he came back out, he diagnosed that, and we had to replace the microwave as well. I am happy with him and the warranty service!

  I had the pleasure of working with *********************** at Wholesale Warranties. He stuck with my flat tire problem on our 2019 Class A motorhome after I had much difficulty working with the insurance company representatives. They could not find us in their system. After several hours, we had a claim number and **** had calmed me down. We'll buy the replacement tire and then contact **** to walk me through the road hazard policy claim.This is the second claim we've had Wholesale Warranties work with us on resolving the issue. They truly stand behind what they sell after the policies are issued. We highly recomend Wholesale Warranties.

  We have had an excellent experience with Wholesale Warranties. Our used 2021 class A motorhome first had a failure of the leveling jack ******* Our dealer worked with Wholesale Warranties, and we had no problems getting the repair covered. And then, a few months later our water pump failed. Once again, we had a prompt, problem-free repair. Both times, Wholesale Warranties reached out to us to confirm that we were satisfied with our repairs. I am very glad we chose Wholesale Warranties for our extended coverage!

  I wasn't sure whether to make the investment in a "stem-to-*****" warranty from Wholesale at first. After moving my travel trailer to another State for long-term living, I wouldn't do without it. Before the move, I had an inspection done and they discovered the water pump and a fire alarm were out. Wholesale quickly approved the replacement, the work was done, and I was on the road in a day. The pump and alarm weren't major problems, but if bigger problems arise down the road, I have confidence that Wholesale will be there. The peace of mind from having the warranty is worth every *****.

  Recently used our extended warranty to replace the entry door awning motor. All communications occurredbetweenthe repair shop and Wholesale. Approval provided quickly, no debates regarding the repair quote - overall a very smooth process.

  We have used Wholesale Warranties for our last two motorhomes. We recently had repairs done by a local shop and Wholesale Warranties made the process very easy. The repair shop contacted them with our concerns and what it would take to fix our motorhome. The representative approved all of the repairs with no problem. We paid our deductible and left very satisfied that we had a warranty from Wholesale Warranties.

  We have had several claims and all were handled efficiently. Wholesale Warranties worked directly with ****** Repair shop to pay a fair price for parts and labor. I wish we had purchased a plan with a lower deductible, but still we have a great plan with them. If you use your RV a lot, you need a good extended warranty like Wholesale Warranties provides.
