  Very good service. Had 2 roof heat pumps go out and a year later my steps quit working all was fixed with no hassle My service tech said they were very easy to work with.

  This is our fifth RV extended service contract and first time with Wholesale Warranties and so far they have been the BEST we have contracted with.Everything I have done with Wholesale Warranties beginning with the person who sold me the contract and then my first warranty claim has been FANTASTIC. The sales person took time to make sure I fully understood the contract and any options I could have. My first warranty claim was painless and the repair facility manager told me the claim went extremely well and rapidly. I had looked at several other extended warranty companies and felt like some of the other companies were maybe the type to look for reasons to delay or deny the claims. I TOTALY felt Wholesale Warranties would try their best to please customers and work with repair shops to satisfy the customer and this has proven to be the case.Also, **** called afterward to check on my satisfaction and make sure I was pleased. This has never happened with the other extended warranty companies in the past and I really appreciated that.

  Processed 1st claim and all went well. The customer ********************** rep that I spoke with regarding the claims process was very helpful and the case was handled promptly without any issues.

  Very happy with our recent claim. We had a roof air conditioner go out on ****** and called Wholesale Warranties for help. This was our first time using them and they walked us through the process. We then called Matthewss RV repair and they worked with Wholesale to get it replaced quickly. Thanks again to everyone involved.

  I had a good experience with Wholesale Warranties. They were a bit slow on paying the shop that did the work, but other than that I had no issues. Had to pay the vendor to get my 5th wheel but they were quick to reimburse me once Wholesale Warranties paid them. Would have scored them higher if not for that.

  I have nothing but positive comments to say about WholeSale Warranties! I have used them for at least 3 RV's over the past 7 years. They are extremely professional, quick to respond and offer another level of support when dealing with the actual warranty company (in my case Viking). Though they are just a broker, I have learned to rely on their expertise. One comment, be certain that you understand the different types of vehicle warranty... exclusionary (which means everything is covered unless specifically listed as not) vs. inclusionary (which only covers what is listed). Any negative comments are usually because the customer failed to understand the terms of their contracts. My suggestion is to get the EXCLUSIONARY policy only, assuming you can afford it!

  Process for approvals was fast and the Service company was able to complete for me with no hassles. I have had bad service warranties in the past where I had to prove everything before approvals. This wasn't the case. They paid for Parts and labor and saved me out of pocket cash. So far so good. This was a small repair just a few hundred dollars. Hope I don't need l larger one, but if I do I sure hope the process is just as easy. Great Job Wholesale Warranties in taking care of my Motorhome
