I never met with my lawyer. Most of the time they pushed me off on a legal aid who I never met either. 2 years I waited for a settlement. They were the worst lawyers I ever used. They gave me a settlement offer that was incomplete from all charges. They gave me the offer, I signed expecting this to be valid. After I signed they sent a check and eighth of what they agreed too. I highly advise all people looking for a lawyer stay far far far away from ************************************************ Worst lawyers ever! I would have been better off going through the insurance company!

Please be careful! They don't represent the lenders that are trying to settle/collect/ with you or that are wiring you. I called the lender and they said they are not represented by this firm and it's a well known scammer. They take your application information that is public or passed along in the industry to trick you. They will take and pocket your money that should go to your lender as a scam! Please please be careful everyone! They'll respond to this ****** review with some response that is half true with public info and half made up to make themselves look legitimate. This company even manipulated me in their messaging with pulling information about my four daughters from an old blog. Do not give them money or believe any of their claims!

************************* and her husband *************** are the owners of a company named ********** Training Guy. This is a fake, fraudulent and libelous review. The Browns are under an investigation by our firm for having absconded with secured collateral belonging to our client that is secured by a valid UCC lien filed with the state. She has been communicating and promising resolution of the missing collateral but has failed to perform as promised. This is now her latest attempt to abscond with the collateral and the pursuit of the investigation. We will continue to pursue both the assets as well as the investigation in proper due course. No fake or fraudulent reviews or libelous attempts by the Browns will be successful to dissuade that valid action. We will update the review as more information on the investigation comes to light.

I am a small business owner and took out a loan with this company. Paid daily even through the pandemic we all faced. I was hospitalized last summer and missed a payment since I am a small business and can't fully operate while in the hospital. Said company changed me a late/missed payment fee of $10,000 penalty fee as they called it. When I was released I called and gladly made an arrangement with said company. They contact you to let you know how much your debt is and continue to take out more money than they were supposed to each week. I tried to contact them only to reach voicemails with no names and get no call backs. Now they send me threatening texts with attached letters. I have only gotten one phone call from one person and I explained to them that I had covid and I would resolve this matter to only find out that I was sent a threatening legal letter. I want to take care of the original debt and in my eyes it has already been taken care of I've even paid towards their $10,000 penalty charge that does not seem legal. Now after reading all of these complaints against this company it does make you wonder is less legit why are they targeting small business companies that are trying to work with them?

***************** is the owner of a small business named A Heros ***************************** We helped her a with tremendous discount and waived a large number of the fees that were due in order to allow her to buyout her UCC Lien. As such she was able to avoid the surrender of the collateral. She bounced several of the payoff payments. I will say that eventually she did come through with the payoff and we were able to help her get the buyout done and her collateral free and clear. We wish her nothing but the best going forward.

I get calls from Numbers that come up as "scam Likely". I ask repeatedly IN WRITING they only contact me in writing. I want to resolve dispute. They call family members. Get emails that go to SPAM from them saying sent from unsecure site. So I go online to make payment. I make sure I pay with a credit card as they violate collection laws with such ease I am not sure they are even real. Go to their payment site. Make payment. Keeps coming up declined. I go to Amex to find out they keep running it through. I send screen shot of multiple charges. The person I am supposedly corresponding with is ***********************. She insists I must pay again a different way because its declined. I contact Amex-they assure me it is NOT DECLINED. I send a screen shot of that. She then threatens their Lien Response Team will get me if I do not pay yet again. I paid on Amex as they own Kabbage and felt it is the safest way . ******************** used phrases such as "are you kidding me" when I refused to pay AGAIN. This is EXACTLY WHY I did not want a phone call with them. There is something very SKETCHY about this.

****** is the owner of a small business named NMMN, LLC. She asked us for some help in doing a buyout on her *** Lien and saving the equipment that was under the security agreement. We arranged for the payoff and waived the additional fees and interest that was otherwise due. She appeared to have some issues with her AMEX approving the payoff. This is not unusual for AMEX as everyone knows. As far as the number coming up "scam likely" this happens on every phone from any unknown number as we all know. When ***** Fargo calls me it also comes up as "Scam likely". I will give ****** credit in that she was able to get AMEX to approve the payoff and we were able to help her achieve the *** lien buyout. I am not sure why she has such vitriol towards us for the help given. I am sure it is really about the frustration in being in a difficult position. I wish her nothing but the best going forward.
