      The internet goes out every night and doesn't come back until the following morning. At times, the internet is still down all morning or is interrupted for long periods of time throughout the day. I pay for 1G but can't get anything past 500M. The internet is down 1/3 of the month at this rate and Spectrum has failed to fix it. In an attempt to lower my internet bill, I requested to lower my speeds to 500M since I don't get what I pay for and I was told that it would increase my bill. I'm so happy with these zone monopolies.
