On April 17th, 2023, the business responded to BBB's letter outlining the pattern of complaints with their plans to eliminate the pattern by increasing transparency regarding their Peak Hygiene Plan subscription, both at the point-of-purchase and post-purchase. Consumers cannot proceed without the acknowledgement of the terms box, which outlines the automatic renewal terms associated with the hygiene plan. Additionally, on each subscription eligible product page, the details of the customer's hygiene plan are outlined. Lastly, the business also sends post purchase subscriber email notifications.
