    On August 13, I ordered half a case of Bourbon from on-line package store ************************** for a total price of $194.98. I put this on my credit card and they collected payment immediately. This company has been advertising on ******** continuously for a while and it was the first time I ordered from it. I waited a few weeks and didn't see an email that it had shipped (they stated I would received an email update). I tried to call them as well as email them multiple times and have not been able to get any response. I got suspicious, and searched the web and BBB and saw that there are many people that never got their orders and couldn't get ahold of anyone. I found a couple phone numbers associated with them, **************. As mentioned above, I've called the number multiple times and always get a voice mail for **** *****.

    I placed order 8/3/24, they charged my credit card 8/3/24. I never received any updates or product. I have reached out 3 times through email to their ********************************** email address to inquire the status of my order with no response. I also called their ************ customer support line and left voicemail. I want to cancel my order and receive a full refund of my money.

    I placed an order through a company called You Booze (Order #*****). Totaling $258.97. I did receive an order confirmation but nothing since. This order was placed back on 8-24. I have never received any shipping information so started to reach out. Their customer service Help email I have emailed 4 times. Nothing! They have 1 number listed to call with questions and I have left 2 messages over a week ago. Nothing! I also paid for the shipping insurance. Yea cant get ahold of them ether. I wanted to report this company and I all I would like to have my money back if I can. Very unfortunate and I see this has happened to others as well.

    Placed an order on September 8th. Contacted the Company several times by email and phone to check on my he status of my order that has yet to ship, with no response from them. I have seen many reviews and complaints that this business is fraudulent and customers never received what they paid for. They also have several complaints on the *** Youbooze should never be allowed to operate.

    Ordered product back in April. Was told it was back ordered until end of May. Reached out again in June and said they pushed product back to end of June. Reached out again in July and received no reply and have yet to receive this products.

    Placed an order for a case of whisky. They sent an email confirming my order and stating another would come when it shipped. It has been 6 weeks and it has not shipped. I have emailed and called them daily for 4 weeks straight. They do not respond.
