    According to the Terms of service of the website under shimpment processing, costs and delivery: please allow 2-3 business days for an average order to ship. I placed my order with this company on 8/22/2024 and I have not received any indication of my items being shipped. Additionally - when you call the number provided on the website no person answers the phone. It only goes to voice mail. I would like a full refund for failure to complete shipment.

I emailed a picture of what I received on the day I received it, requesting receipt of what I ordered and asked how to return the bottles I did not order and do not want. I have since emailed several times and tried calling the phone number listed on their website, which goes to someone's voice mail. I have not had a response. I am not asking for a refund. I just want what I ordered.

    I placed an order on Aug 2 of 2024 for Crown Royal Blackberry Flavored Canadian Whisky with **************************. I have sent repeated emails, I have called the number on ************************** with no response. They did create a shipping label, charged my credit card, but the shipping company never received the package. 1 month later I am not holding out hope of ever receiving my order. This company charged my credit card and never delivered the product. Nobody answers the phone, no responses to emails. No communication at all. Letting my credit card company deal with the dispute.

    I purchased a product from the approximately a month and half ago. I spent little over $70 with them. At first was told out of stock. Then next was gonna be shipped in next 10 days. Still nothing. Not a word from them. They wont return any emails or answer their phone. I simply want a refund from them. They are not a good business to deal with

    I placed an order with you booze for $141.54 and never received it. They never responded to multiple emails I sent and there is no way to call them

    I ordered a very expensive bottle of bourbon, which they pulled out of my account right away, and have received zero communication from them on the shipment that was supposed to have already arrived. No emails, no calls only straight to VM etc. I have read a ton of negative reviews about this company regarding this criminal activity of taking peoples money and not fulfilling their orders.

    We never received the product. *** said it was shipped damaged and we paid damage insurance. You Booze will not return messages after multiple attempts at contact.

    I put in a order and no response and no tracking in information. I have tried contacting them and calling and no answer. There is nothing on the website.

    On 7/23/24, I placed an order for 6 Buffalo Trace Bourbons. 2 wks later, I had not received my order, so I called Youbooze and spoke to a young lady. She said that they were behind on their orders but I will probably receive it in 2wks. As of today, I have not received it. I've called them 2 more times and had to leave a message, both times. Please have them refund my money. *****************************, ****************************************. ************. Thank You!!!

    Ordered a 6 bottle package of Buffalo Trace off of an Internet ad, even purchased shipping insurance for a total charge of $201.97
