On line order was placed on 7/31/24.Items were supposed to be in stock as advertised. Shipping for *** was established, but, *** claims they never got the product.I contacted customer support numerous times via email with no response. I called customer support and left messages with no response. I feel this is a scam and need to inform other consumers to prevent them getting scammed by this company going by "You Booze". I ordered 3 bottles of Crown Blackberry because You Booze advertised having them in stock. I followed up a week later and two later times and they have not responded to a single email. I tried calling a number on their website twice and it goes to a voicemail. I received a call back from someone on their personal phone saying they are having phone issues, but they found my order and hope to have resolution by the end of the week. It has now been 16 days since I placed my order and after reading all of the horrible reviews about people being cheated out of product and the company refusing to provide refunds, I have contacted my bank seeking a refund and I am filing this complaint against the company. This is horrible service and false advertisement to get people to buy popular products that they probably never had in stock. Beware.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase on August 5th and requested a specific delivery date. I was charged but received zero communication around delivery and/or delays. The individual I purchased the gift for did not receive it. I have since reached out multiple times via email and have called the number on their website. The number on the website goes to a specific person vs. a company and no response to email concerns. I'm not sure what else to do.Initial Complaint

I ordered buffalo trace from a company in ********** called Youbooz on July 29, 2024. A charge of $187 was charged to my credit card. I have not received shipment response. I have contacted them several times via email as well as voicemail. I received no response from them. I want to know if this is a legitimate company or am I involved in a scam? whenever I call the number under contact us, I always get a voicemail. On July 15 I purchased a 6 bottle whiskey package from this company. Although they regularly advertise stock on hand, and I sent MANY emails asking for my order, they made excuses that were fraudulent & I never received my order. Ordered on August 2, 2024. I received confirmation of the order, then later on the same day I received notification the order has been shipped. Order #*****. The money was debited from my account on August 2nd amount of $76.67. I even purchased the shipping protection! ******. This company is a scam, I cannot believe it hasnt been shut down. I placed an order 7/26, money was taken 7/29. No order confirmation email, the company does not respond to email inquiries about the order and stopped answering the phone. Their phone number seems to be a cell number and the ** that it takes you to is someones name NOT a company name. I filed a complaint with my bank to get my money back. There is no way to reach this so called company for me to tell them I want a refund. They are also known for creating a *** label but never giving *** the product. I called *** and when I connected with a *** this seems to be common practice for this seller. *** to this day hasnt received my package from YouBooze.
