      We ordered 20 locks in June 2024. We have continued to inquire about delivery (at least 6-8 times). The last response from their customer service agent was an email on 11/21/2024 when they promised delivery in 3-4 weeks. After returning from Christmas break, I've emailed them twice and called. After waiting in queue for 20 minutes I was forced to leave a voicemail message.       I purchased locks in march of 2024 for my business from ***************** (The lock people)The money was drafted out of my account and later in june i received an email thye product was backordered. Its now Jan of 2025 and i cant reach anyone via phone or email to request a refund since i never received my product.

      Placed order for $1150.62 for keys and locks. They charged my credit card and never shipped my order. Called them and was told I did not meet the minimum order and had to increase my order. Which I did and my credit card was charged another $299.71. Every month since then I have been told the order will ship next month and it never does. I cancelled the order per their manager demanded a refund. It has been over six weeks and still no refund. Called and emailed multiple times and always get the same response we are working on it and will issue the refund, which has not happened as of this date. I have all the email confirming the above to be true.

      Ordered on Aug 18th, shipping estimate was pushed out every time contacted. Have called asking for a refund and they say they will try , and then they don't. no updates, they don't even have any products it seems yet their multiple sites still list products so they can continue to take payments.

      I have been trying to get products from Masterlocks (Hodge Products******) since early June 2024. I placed an order on 6/7/24 in the amount of $210.20 and another on 7/1/24 in the amount of $799.93. The products never arrived after numerous phone calls, emails, etc. Every time I called I was told it was coming ASAP. Finally on 12/16/24 I was told the best thing to do is cancel the 2 older orders and reorder all the locks and I would then get them within 4 to 6 weeks. I received an emailed order confirmation for my new order #******* but nothing was attached so I have no idea what was even ordered, if anything. All I was sent was a vague email saying this is confirmation and I can expect the order to ship out in the next 4 to 6 weeks. That email came from ****** **********, **************** **** for ************************** On the same date Jilmer sent me another email telling me my previous orders referenced above, M221399 and M21572 were cancelled and I would see my refund in 7 to 10 business days. I have received no refund to date. I also placed an order on my own on 12/11/24, M22638 as I desperately needs these padlocks so we can secure our project sites and I have seen nothing to date once again. It is imperative that Hodge Products refund my money from my previously cancelled orders (M21399 $210.20 and M215722 $799.93) and get my remaining orders to me in a timely manner. At this point we are thinking this company is some type of scam company and we are very worried about our orders not arriving at all with them stealing our company's money.

      I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding my recent order with ***************** (operated by The Lock People, A Hodge Company). On November 12, 2024, I placed an order (Order # A7877) for 28 locks keyed alike. Since then, I have encountered numerous issues with communication and delays.After waiting approximately four weeks, I attempted to reach your customer service department by calling the number listed on your website ***************). Despite calling over 10 times on a single day and being placed on hold for up to 30 minutes each time, I finally managed to speak with a representative. I requested an update on my order, and the representative assured me someone would call me back with more information. However, I never received a follow-up call.Since then, I have made no fewer than 20 additional attempts to contact your team, but no one has answered the phone. I am repeatedly told I am caller number 1 in the queue, only to be sent to voicemail after waiting for extended periods. This seems to be an intentional practice.After returning to the office today following a week off, I was able to reach someone right away. To my surprise, I was informed that my order would take an additional 8 weeks to fulfillmeaning nearly four months to receive 28 padlocks. Given the significant delay and lack of communication, I am requesting the immediate cancellation of my order and a full refund.I have made several attempts to resolve this issue but am continuously met with unresponsiveness. In addition, I have found several online reviews reflecting similar complaints, which only increases my concern regarding the integrity of your business practices. I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter.Please confirm the cancellation and processing of my refund as soon as possible.Thank you for your prompt action.

      Placed order with business on 9/27/24 Order #M22186. Business promptly charged my credit card on the same date. To date I have not received the order. I spoke with a representative around the end of October and they told me the order was being worked on. I sent another request for either status or credit of the order the week of 12/2 (cannot provide specific date as they only allow you to submit a request on their site). No response as of this communication even though they indicate you will hear from them within ***** hours.

      I placed an order for padlocks on 8/6/2024. I never received the order. I reached out to **************** on 10/30/204 requesting my order be canceled and my credit card refunded.I received an email stating my order was cancelled on 11/6/2024 and I should receive a refund in 5-7 business days. I never got a refund.I reached out to the company several times about not receiving a refund and have not heard back from them.

      I bought some locks with keys back in May of this year for my company and they told me 8 - 12 weeks to get here. I have called almost every month August and they keep telling me by the 2nd week of the next month I will have them and tell me they will send me an email which I never get. They will not answer their phones unless I call and sit all day on hold or in the que or email back. All I want is to have my money back at this point but I'll never see it.
