      Auto charged my account. And I had not received any digital copies . I thought paper was stopped until they automatically charged my account, without receiving a single copy , Called customer service no help? Will not ever start up again!!!! Done with them!

      We're extremely sorry to hear that ****************** stopped receiving his digital eNewspaper but in his review he neglected to mention when exactly this occurred. With review of his account, he did not contact us until October 2022 and he had been notified of the charges that were occurring each month. We would be more than willing to work with ****************** on this issue.

      Weve had a problem with the union tribune for years in *********. consistently delivered after noon. Ive called over 20 times to complain about the lateness and absolute rude attitude of our delivery person, and told Im not a customer so I cant complain. I AM a customer but you dont offer daily service for us out here so Im not a SUBSCRIBER BUT I AM A CUSTOMER WHO PAYS MORE DAILY FOR MY PAPER THEN SOMEONE OFFERED A SUBSCRIPTION. So the fact that ** continually told Im not a customer is infuriating. Our deliver woman will be rude when late. *** heard her tell an elderly man when he said hes been to the store 4 times to get the paper that he needs to get used to it. If our delivery person has a family engagement our community doesnt receive a paper. This happens a few times a year, she never apologizes, just is horrible to customers. I work for a company and I represent that company. I take pride in representing my company, this woman has delivered papers out here for years, never is a paper here before **** am usually by **** pm. Please please tell you union tribune reps that anyone that buys a paper is a customer and to he told they are not customers over and over and over and that since Im not a customer I cant file a complaint !!! ******************* ***** ** ( where customers arent appreciated)

      Due to the remoteness of the area and the challenges encountered by the Union Tribune in making the paper available to readers like **************, the decision was made to cease distribution in that area. We appreciate that readers like her find value in the paper and would like to remind them that the digital version of the newspaper is included when they subscribe to a Digital only subscription.       Our paper is not only delivered every day without fail, it's delivered by 5:15 in the morning, which, being early risers, we love!

      We sincerely appreciate the time taken to commend our Distribution team on their delivery efforts. This information will certainly be passed on. In view of our current workforce shortage and all that's being done to get print delivery back on track this is definitely timely and will be well received. Thanks again!

      San Diego Union-Tribune stop scamming people. I've been receiving billing statements from SD union Tribune but I NEVER subscribed to their newspaper. I pray that someone will *** this company.
