July 21, and August 27, 2021, I applied for a Business Loan with Accessity Loans. I was informed verbally that my loans were denied. I did not receive a denial letter from Accessity. July 2023, I spoke to a representative from Accessity at a business capital workshop. I informed her that I was interested in applying for the loan. We spoke several days later. I tried to apply for the loan, but I had technology problems. I called several times to another representative that I was referred to. I did not receive a call back. October 2023, Orange County ************************** I met ******************** Officer **************************** After calling several times, leaving messages for ************ and :Gabby." November 30, 2023, I received an email about the "Merge Loan." I applied for the "Merge Loan. This program is funded by the U.S. Department of the *********************************************************** (CDFI Fund) Equitable Recovery Program and it is designed to reach communities disproportionately impacted by the ******19 pandemic." There is not a minimum FICO Score and the loan description states, "....we are committed to helping undeserved communities and diverse business owners thrive." I was denied per a verbal communication, because of a 2019 judgement. When I asked what credit bureau that was used, ***** stated we did not use credit bureaus. In 2019, my home of 20 years was illegal foreclosed. The company that purchase my home evicted me and placed a judgement I was not aware of any judgement until now. November 2022, I purchased a home for half million dollar and there was not a mentioned of a judgement. Nevertheless, I asked ***** if I could payoff the judgement would I be eligible for the business loan. She said she would talk to her supervisor and call me back. Plus, I asked if she could continue the loan process and forward the necessary documents. She did not.
