    Extremely difficult to cancel. Difficult company to communicate with. PayPal requests that contact with company is made through PayPal. The company makes that impossible. They send you through an extremely difficult, if not impossible maze to cancel. I would NEVER recommend this company

Reaching us and cancelling are extremely easy.     I purchased 3 books, they arrived. I was satisfied with my purchase. 1 month later, my credit card company froze my account due to suspicious activity from PDIC **** sure enough, they charged over 106$ to my credit card without my knowledge. The payment was stopped by the credit card company and my card had to be cancelled.

After the order was placed, you should have received an email with instructions for accessing the content as well as how to cancel the trial if you werent interested. If the 30-day period lapses without a cancellation, you would be billed the yearly subscription charge. I certainly don't want you to pay for something that you didn't want and won't use. I see that there was a dispute for the charge and that everything was refunded. I also confirmed that the subscription is cancelled as well.     I ordered 3 books from them yesterday and today when I looked on my credit card statement I saw they charged me for 3 extra books on top of what I bought without my knowledge. I never got a receipt from them or anything just extra charges. I got ahold of them and they told me there is nothing they can do because they order went through. They blamed me and said I checked the add extra books before I bought but I never did because I the screen I was on only showed the one set of books and the price for that 3 set. They are a scam and Im worried they will keep charging my card now.

    I ordered 3 books for Christmas for my grandchildren. I was pleased with books content. In January 5 I am billed again on my credit card for 97$US (****** ********) I had not ordered this. Please unsubscribe me. This was not transparent. I did not receive any books in January.

    I was billed TWICE for 3 books and cannot get ahold of anyone to help me. My next move is to have my credit card company fight the extra billing! Close this company DOWN!

    After pulling up your information, I see that there was an order placed on 1/19/23. There were 2 book bundles listed on the order and you contacted us stating that you only wanted the one bundle. I also see that we processed a refund in the amount of $32.78 for the second bundle at that time. It appears that the bundle that did get sent was delivered. If there is a further refund that you are looking for or perhaps another email address that may have a different order I'm not seeing, please contact us via our website. We don't currently have phone customer support, but are happy respond via chat or email.

    These books on emotions were great for my 4 year old. I was able to read them to her at night and provide her ideas as to how she can work on calming down when she gets upset. We want to teach our kids that it's ok to have emotions, but it's all in how we handle them at the time that they occur. Thank you Puppy Dogs & Ice Cream Inc.! -**************
