    *** is my daughter she has two sons my grandsons I buy these books for them she says the boys love to get read to and these books are great as many conversations happen from them. And the boys are learning good skills

    I ordered 3 books about ***** and Christmas in the fall of 2022 for my grandchildren for a total of $37 . The books are fine but the charge of $102 is not fine. I want my overcharge returned to me by credit my account! This was unauthorized!!!!

After the order was placed, you should have received an email with instructions for accessing the content as well as how to cancel the trial if you are not interested. If the the 30-day period lapses without a cancellation, you would be billed the yearly subscription charge. I certainly don't want you to pay for something that you didn't want and won't use. I see that you contacted us today and one of our Customer Support Team members refunded all charges associated with the subscription and confirmed that it is cancelled as well.     This Company seems to be nothing more than a Scam...I purchased 5 books for my grand children for a Christmas gift...supposedly for *****. The next month ****** was posted to my credit card and I purchased NOTHING. I WANT THIS REMOVED FROM MY CARD IMMEDIATELY. I want any subscription canceled immediately.

    I ordered Jan. 22, 2023, recieved them just a few days ago, today is Feb. 1. I checked my bank statement and they charged me 3 times, ***** on Jan 23, ***** Jan. 22, and ***** Jan. 29. Why??? I cannot find an email telling me there would be more charges. I never got it. I only ordered once on the 22 of Jan.
