I ordered 2 sets of the books in October, receive them and was billed $113.34. In November I was billed $104.28 and cannot talk to anyone! It automatically goes to a medical special. This seems to be a SCAM and I want my name off the list and the $104.28 refunded. This company acts like they are a religious, faith based company and if they are trying to get a subscription I DO NOT want it! They are far from what they advertise!!!! My **** is showing the initial charge on October 27 yet posted on October 29. The second was on November 27 and posted November 29. This is a horrible company. So many complaints that I am reading about and I am unfortunately having to add one myself. I ordered books back on 12/7 for $42.00. Received the books ok, not the best quality, but whatever. Nice Christmas gift. I then had an unauthorized charge for $97 on 1/7/23. Thankfully my bank caught it as fraud and closed my debit card and put a hold on my account. This has been such a hassle!!! Not having access to your debit card and having to pay with cash everywhere I make purchases. And looking at all complaints and reviews, I can agree with them at all!!! I have reached out to the company about a refund but no one has ever reached out. Hoping this will stop soon so no one else becomes the victimPuppy Dogs & Ice Cream Inc

I think this is all a scam. I did purchase 3 books for my granddaughter and while the quality of the books was good, she did not like the content. If I had been able to preview the books on their site, I would not have purchased them. I was enrolled automatically in their digital library- which I do not want- and am trying to get my money back since I canceled my subscription. This company has horrible customer service. There is no phone number and when I tried to e-mail them today I couldn't. Kept saying I had no account with them. I received an email today 1/11/23 at 10:33 a.m. from *****@ PDIC Books wanting me to buy another book. NEVER. I kept the previous order but wasn't really happy with them. I got charged $104.28 on 1/2/23 for an online subscription that I do not want, and I did get an email to go through to them at that time but never heard back from them nor have I received a credit on my charge card. The company has a practice of charging $97.00 for access to a digital library, which is automatically added on to your book purchase 30 days later. Classy! This needs to be more adequately and prominently displayed during the initial purchase. Calling is a waste of time, the phone number just refers you to the website. This company bills you for items/membership $104.00 which I did not order. They returned the funds the first time but now they are trying to bill me again. I have e-mailed the but its Sunday. The books I purchased for granddaughter were really nice and delivered on time but the extra billing for something I did not order is inexcusable. They said they don't keep billing information but that can't be true if it shows up in my account!! This company sold me 3 books early in December for about $30.00. Now on December 28, 2022 PDIC has charged $97.00 to my credit card for something I did not order or authorize. I am disputing the charge.
