    Liked the products offered and the pricing was reasonable. Arrive in good shape and good time. Donated books to my churchs childrens liturgy program and have just purchased more for my granddaughter

    Well let me join the masses in complaining about their customer service response. Seems that the way to get a response is through BBB. They will not respond to requests for customer service through their website. I had the same issue. Ordered books and everything was fine. However, a month later $97 robbed from my checking account. This seems like a reputable company, however their reputation has been tarnished by not clearly showing at time of purchase that the customer is signed up for a yearly subscriptioin to read digital books online and download coloring pages. Really?? How are you supposed to opt out when it is not clearly shown that you have opted in. I have sent several messages through their website "contact us" portal and have yet to hear one thing from them.; I am a grandmother and ordered these books for my grandaughter to help her through some troubling times. I feel taken advantage of. *****, please refun my $97 as I do not even have that much in my account.

    Be careful when you order books and read all the fine print. I was charged automatically for a 1 years subscription to a digital library I do not want. Trying to get a refund of $97US

    First of all I was just browsing to see what products were available and somehow 3 books were sent to me that I did not order. There also was 3 invoices included from unknown people with their names, addresses and phone numbers. Very unprofessional. Also when I attempted to call their number it just rang and there was no voicemail. I did receive an email stating that they would review my message, however I haven't heard from anyone since.

    The books I got were great. Good quality and well written. BUT, the same thing happened as those below.: I was charged for something I knew nothing about. I was another victim of their $105.35 automatic charge to my PayPal account for something I didn't order! PDIC SAYS they aren't a scam company, but they go and charge for a digital subscription that nobody ordered! Seems to me if they want to be considered an ethical company (with heart), they need to be more upfront about what they are debiting accounts and making charges on cards for. I sent a complaint to their WOOF-WOOF line which was supposed to be a 24 hour response. Now 27 hours later, still nothing. I trust I will receive a refund as they indicate they did with the complaints below.

    I am curious how this company has 4.67/5 star reviews when the majority of the recent reviews are about how they scam you into purchasing a "free trial." I, like many of the recent reviewers, purchased a bundle of books for my grandchildren. This morning, a month after my purchase, I noticed a charge of $103.55 to my account from this site. Upon further investigation, I noticed that when visiting your site you automatically add the "free trial" to the cart. It does not change the total during purchase so people aren't aware that they have just been SCAMMED into a purchase they had no intention of making. The books I purchased were physical books. What would make you think toddlers would want $100+ of digital books?! Shame on you! This is a site that is supposed to sell books based on Christianity, Religion, and kindness. How very unchristian of you!

    I bought books from them and saw that they were trying to upsell a subscription. I carefully unselected the option to have a free trial of the subscription. Well, 30 days later I got charged $104 for the subscription I was very careful not to sign up for. Then their customer service is very poor and seems designed to make you give up on resolution. Very unsavory. Also the 3 books I bought are 90% the same. Just take out the word sad and insert the word angry, terrible books.
