    I am having the same problem as everyone else. I purchased 3 books a month ago and yesterday my account was charged $102.82. I did not authorize any further transactions. I emailed the company and havent heard back. I am on the phone with my bank. My account better be refunded.

    Im having the same problem other are having. I ordered books pay with my debit card and to day I find a $97. Charge to it for books I didnt order. I sent an email they reply to go to help center. I have tried over 5 times to go there. All I get is a screen showing 3 black dots going across it. Then almost done comes on and then goes to blank screen. *** sent emails telling them this and asked to cancel order, asked were the order was been sent and for a phone number to call customer service. No reply.

    I am experiencing the same problem that everyone else has. I ordered three books to see what they were but DID NOT OKAY any further purchase! This month they charged me $104.04 on my credit card. I have sent their **************** an email so hopefully this will be taken care of very quickly. I will not be ordering any further books from this company.

    I placed and order for 2 books paid with my credit card. A month later I was charged $104.80. Luckily my credit card company notified me and it was declined. The only way to contact them is through email and was told it was for a subscription. No where did I see that I had purchased this. They said I could cancel it online. Not a company that I will every do business with again.

    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM - THEY ARE SCAM!!!!!!I did purchase 3 books. Then without any authorization they charged 97$ for some annual fee a month later.NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

    Books were great quality. Arrived in a timely manner. Id order again from them The only down fall was that you were required to click the online book - which they automatically sign you up for after the 30 days. It was very difficult to figure out how to cancel that subscription

    As the others have said, I ordered 3 books and sent to my daughter. I did not subscribe to ongoing purchases but I was charged $97.00 for a "free online service" which I do not want. I put a stop payment on my bank card payment at bank on August 23, 2022 and Puppy Dogs and Ice Cream ran the charge through Paypal again on 8/25/22 on my other card with Paypal. Despite the fact I cancelled with them and put a dispute on Paypal and stopped check. DON'T order from this company! It is a scam!!!

You can decide if you want to try it before checkout. Once the order is registered, an order confirmation email is sent which gives the complete details of all the items purchased and a separate email is sent with login instructions and how to access the account. But you can always cancel your subscription through our help center yourself anytime.It is true that some people did not realize that there will be a bill after it ends or ordered it by accident, but we support all our customers and issue full refunds if they had no intentions to purchase the products.
