Hello Terra:It is incorrect. $2,316 divided by 30 = $***** ***** x 11 = ****** - INCORRECT CALCULATION ***** x 20 = ******** ***** + ****** = $ ******** - this is not my old contracted ********* you can see, if you Multiply the incorrect calculation by 31 and you will come up with a higher number than the Lease Amount. AGAIN, if you multiply 77.2 x 31 = $******** - (77.2 x 11 = ******) which is not my old monthly rate. Therefore, it is incorrect. AGAIN, I am writing to respectfully request regarding the CORRECT adjustment be made to my account. As previously noted and calculated, the current calculations appear to deviate from the contracted rates stipulated in my lease ************ order to remit payment by the due date, I would appreciate it if the Correct necessary corrections could be made at your earliest convenience.Thank you for your attention to this matter. Pacifica hotels advertises 40% off your stay. I booked a stay and was sent confirmation. I had to book another week. They then charged my card $1158. No invoice reflecting discount. Then they deducted $4500. I requested invoices for the charges. There is no reflection of the 40% off. It seems they randomly charged me various amounts without applying the discount. Also there is a dispute with the room being charged. I requested a correct billing with costs and the 40% deductions, but they will not provide. They also advertise free parking. But charge you. I have been here 5 weeks and and have been overbilled with no explanation as to why they will not give an imvoices with accurate billing stating the discount.Business Response

We have researched this request and according to a Vice President at Pacifica Host Hotels, "*********** by the Sea in *********** is not one of our hotels. We do not own or manage this hotel. We have no affiliation or connection to it."
We ask that the complainant to go back to the hotel and find out the correct ownership of the place that they stayed.

On 10/2/2024, I submitted an Expense Reimbursment to Pacifica Companies, where at the time I was employed with them. We had a major water leak in one of our storage facilities that caused some damage. I quickly called my boss to let her know this had occurred. She asked me to call a company to schedule an extraction to be done. I did do that for it to be looked at the following morning, that was the soonest they could send someone out. Shortly after I did do that I called my boss to let her know. She then told me that her boss said no, it would be too expensive and asked me to do it myself, to go to **********, get air blowers and lots of towels. I did do this and paid from my own pocket. She told me to submit the Rembursment form and I would be paid. I never did get paid back. Amount is- $197.98. This business is the legal property owner of ******* a duplex in ****** acres that now has squatters living there, lots of traffic going in and out of the place and people on drugs suspect if drug activity and since we have had our cars broken into, people have been in back yards at 10pm parking vehicles in others yards kids cussing at adults and we the neighbors are scared for our kids and our properties the sheriff has been notified, cant get through to this company!!! We want them out of our neighborhood now! There is a DCF case with the one couple, we believe they are stealing electricity at the home as well!Business Response

I moved out of ******** at ******* on June 10th, 2024, it is now October 8th, 2024, and still no update on getting the deposit back. Every time you call they give you the run around and say they are waiting on someone to cut the check. The time this takes is against Florida law but they'd don't care.Initial Complaint

I moved out on the 31st December 2023. Was told to provide my new address to get my deposit back. As of 14th of August I havent.By Florida law I should have been informed if they changed their minds within 30 Days. Every time I call the leasing office, when Im finally able to go through I get told that they have forwarded the approval and their finance **** just needs to issue the check.Initial Complaint

. Absolutely unprofessional! 3pm the day before my lease starts (7/6/24) and my move in was to commence, I get a email from *************************** (property manager) stating that the flooring in a bedroom wasnt finished so wed have to resign a new lease for the next weekend (7 days) (7/12/24). I immediately told her that it wasnt feasible nor possible being that all my belongings were already loaded on a rented truck! And I cleared out and closed my rented storage unit! And not to mention I have no other place of residency for the next 7 days! After hours of negotiating via email, we were able to work out that the realtor ( licensed under the same company Pacifica) could meet us in the morning to give us the keys! Upon arriving in the morning with the truck with my belongings. I meet with the realtor for a walkthrough/inspection.. to find out that it wasnt ONE rooms flooring that hasnt been done as stated by the property manager, BUT THE ENTIRE HOUSES flooring hasnt been replaced.. carpet with drywall and paint all throughout the houses carpet. Non functioning light fixtures, damaged drawers in the bathroom. Provided us with broken garage door clickers etc... after the walkthrough I came to the realization that none of my belongings on the truck can go in the house. Being that the whole houses floor has to be ripped up and replaced..everything on a 26ft box truck had to be stacked in the garage promptly to fit..before the realtor left he had me sign a move in inspection form stating all the damages to be fixed including the flooring that was highlighted to be replaced by 7/10/24 TODAY. We have sent email after email to the property manager day after day with no reply until earlier today stating that they are waiting on the owners approval to start the carpet replacement ( approaching a week) of my wife, 3 year old daughter and I sleeping ,eating and living on these filthy floors with no idea of when replacement of carpet will be. We have thoroughly read and discussed this complaint at length. Although we have sympathy for this family and their experience here, we can report that the work was completed on 7/12/24. Unfortunately, we cannot comply with a pro-rate rent request as we advised the renter beforehand that the some of the flooring was not ready. They chose to move in anyway, knowing the status of the property. We hope that they are enjoying their place now and we consider the matter closed.Initial Complaint

The manager of my apartment is sending threatening letters and making slanderous accusations after I inquired about a repair issue that went unanswered to this date. They insist that they will not do repair unless they can enter when they want to without notice to me in at least a 12 hr time frame before coming. They have came on 4 occasions without notice and threaten eviction if they are not allowed in. They insist I don't need to let them in that they can enter on their own cause they own the units therefore leaving me without the privacy and enjoyment of the property I am renting and no issue with late or back rent.Initial Complaint

I stayed at the ********************** in **************** This management company refused to fix anything. Left us without water, air conditioning and the toilet was broken . Rats and roaches . They refuse to get anything fix and their manager would never act on anything.Business Response

While we are sympathetic to all tenant concerns, this complaint falls under the category of lack of family communication, and what we as a property management company can legally do with regard to lease agreements. ****************** was unaware that the monthly rent for the apartment in question had not been paid since October 2023 because his son and daughter lived on the premises. We do not know what was discussed between family members, but we understand that the eviction notice came as a surprise to ******************. Furthermore, during the time when his children lived there, they would not allow maintenance workers into their apartment to fix anything. Even when the maintenance person was there because of a work order that had been submitted to the office by the family. The eviction notice falls legally within our rights under the lease agreement, so we are not able to offer ****************** any financial relief and consider this matter to be closed. I reject their response. The management team never provided me a bill and I didnt have any access to the rental porlay because they locked me out . I provide the manager my email and address and there hasnt been any communication as it relates to billing. This information was sent to a collection agency without an opportunity to resolve.
