      Hello,I am in utter shock with the constant issuies at the *********, **, Jack in the box. I have ate there 3 times in the last 5 months and ALL orders were WRONG and made almost as a JOKE. I asked for a plain chicken sandwitch for my kid, explained no lettuce just the meat, sauce and bread..... I RECIEVED A BOX WITH A PIECE OF LETTUCE in it, for real! They have always given me the wrong order but I always check my reception so haven't drove away to have that annoying problem. However my spouse did a pick up order that of course he was given some one else's, when he came back, he was told by MANAGEMENT that they woulde t help unless he BRPUGHT BACK THE FOOD TO BE DESTROYED that it is JACK IN THE BOX POLICY. Once getting the correct order, the cheesy potatoe wedges had, again not exaggerating a DOT of cheese with burnt baccon bits tossed on just the cold plain fries. I tried to upload a picture but this site said the file was too big, it's honestly insane that anyone would be this bad, rude, and down right wrong. It's almost like the city is being pranked. I have spoke to other people and ALWAYS hear the **** complaints, apparently if you want to eat there, the locals drive to the next town which is *******, ca. This can't be right?

If the manager asked for the food back, is because it is part of their inventory, and they will ask for it back. Customers can take back the food and receipt always and ask for refund or replacement.  We need a copy of the receipt, date and time of the visit, dollar amount, what the issue was with the order any pictures of the order that was not satisfactory.  Once we have this information, we will look into this and will follow up directly with the customer to address this issue.

      I disagree that the response I recieved is going to do any change to rude and unreliable management, with food that not only is ALWAYS wrong but made poorly, as I stated before, I recieved a box that burgers come in with simply just one single peice of lettuce in it, there is no excuse for that and no possibility of an explanation for that kind of ridiculousness.  La crescenta is a loved by its community and knowing a whole vuisness here is like this really needs to be looked into and solved.

      Also then was given cold food that once again had ONE SINGLE dot of cheese for cheese wedges and 3 crumbs of burnt black baccon bits?????

      On 11/13/24 I placed a mobile order for the nearest location which it said it was 0.0 miles away when I arrived they said they didnt have my order and asked for the address they then told me that location is 5 miles up the road. I immediately called the location that my order was at and asked if they could cancel it she told me they cant cancel mobile orders but I could do it online. The only thing I was able to do was submit a feedback request so I called back to speak to a manager (same person answered) she said she was a manager and I explained what happened she again said I could come get the order or request a refund online. 72hrs later after no contact from anyone like it says I submitted another. Per the policy it says they dont issue refunds after 30 days so here we are coming upon the 30 day **** and they have yet to reach out to me or try to handle the situation professionally. I hate to make a big deal over $10.83 but it seems a little unfair I didnt get my food and I cant even get a call back when I followed their protocol.

      Jack In The Box advertises a free Noggy or Nice Biscott Milk Shake Wednesdays in December with a 1$ purchase on the mobile app. However, both Wednesdays of the month so far, they have removed it from the app. I went to the store to ask about it and the employee told me they remove the free shake from their app every week and they have no intention of giving them out for free. I said this was false advertising and he said, "Yeah, they don't care. They still make money and won't get in trouble for it." How is blatant false advertising from a major company like Jack In The Box legal??

      At approximately 5:30pm at the airport **** in Box, I had a horrible experience with an employee, the only female African American employee on duty First none of them have a nice friendly, wanting to come back personality Im stuck at the airport for a few days because of a money problem from my friend So I eat there once or twice a day I always get the free one refill soda drink and never have a problem tonight however this lady acted like I was the devil himself I asked for a Diet Coke refill and she started chewing me out as if I already had my refill I told her I havent had a refill yet, she then said well Im just telling you you can only have one refill I said whats the problem I eat here everyday and know the rules she just gave me the look to kill and I walked off both angry and humiliated as other customers were there as well as male employees

      On 12/09/2025 I was ordering food at Jack In The Box and noticed none of the employees handling our food were wearing gloves. I find this repulsive and very unprofessional,Not only do I want a refund for my tampered with food but I want this location investigated. This is very unprofessional and could cause health issues for customers.

      Accidentally ordered to a location 5 hours away from me. I was at my local ********** when this happened. We immediately called to have it cancelled and I was told they cant cancel and cant give me a refund unless I go there!??! This caused extreme stress and was 100% unnecessary due to the fact I placed the call immediately! I dont understand why there cant be a cancel button like every single other fast food franchise has! If they want us to go mobile then this needs to be rectified for everyone via the app! Good way to nickel and dime everyone!? Adding pictures to show same day and minutes apart which is only because I was on the phone with the wrong location trying to get my ordered cancelled.

      12/4/24 store ************** FM 423 Egg rolls on the menu are priced at 5.10 but the receipt priced at 5.19. Attempted to tell the manager ********, but she over talked me, didn't listen, called her manager, then gave me a refund and walked away. I never requested a return of food ordered. She said she would give me a refund. I said ok. I assumed it was a courtesy, but she was not providing the egg rolls either. She said her manager told her to give me a refund. Why? The issue of the price difference was never addressed. Manager ******** is a kid, no listening or communication skills and definitely no customer service skills.

      On 11/27/2024 approximately 10:30 p.m. I patronize Jack in The box store number 4843 located on ********** in spring *******. I advise the clerk that I had a coupon that I would like to use and before inquiring about my order he asked that I drive around to the window this was after sitting in line for 20 minutes when I approach the window I was told that this location could not accept coupons I further inquired us to why they could not accept coupons and through a back and forth conversation they told me they would not under the coupons close the window and refuse to give me a name which this individual was named ****** *. After looking for corporate numbers and sitting in the Drive-Thru line for a few minutes a gentleman by the name of ******* came back and stated that his manager authorized him to take 50% off of the total since they were unable to honor the coupon. I placed an order waited another 10 minutes for the order and checked the order to ensure that it was accurate upon checking the order the food was compromised severely and from a health standard should have not been served to anyone. When I asked the gentleman what the order was he jokingly said broken I asked for my money back took photographs and reporting this as this could clearly be harmful disrespectful and possibly discriminative
