      On July 15,2023 at 6:30 I went to the jack in the box in ********** ** , **** ***************** and when I ordered got to the window to pay I wasnt givin a receipt and had to go back through the drive threw to have them fix my order when I waited my order was wrong again but not only that the employee refused to make my sandwich she also said they were out of paper and didnt provide me a receipt but told me she can write it out and threw the sandwich on the ground angrily , i was then givin another sandwich but when I asked the worker (female) what her name was she slammed the door of the drive threw window I feel that she wasnt being professional , and it was actually concerning having someone so angry prepare my food .

      I ordered from the Jack in The Box here's their address and phone number: *******************************************************************. I ordered from the Jack in the Box Mobile App. I received the wrong order all together. I ordered an Ultimate Cheeseburger Fan Fav w/ Mozzarella sticks and a ****************. DID NOT RECEIVE ANY OF THOSE THINGS!! I called Jack in the Box to speak to the manager and apparently the manager won't take customer calls. The other employees kept hanging up on me. Never have I've been treated this rude from a restaurant. I have spent lot's of money with Jack in the Box in the past, NEVER AGAIN!! The total of my order was $21.60. I EXPECT A FULL REFUND. And if the franchise owner is smart, he would clean house and fire everyone starting with the manager.

      The ***************************** is apparently stealing money. My receipt says $22.81 , but they charged my card $26.23. See attached Is this an illegal scheme by employees to pocket the difference, hoping the customer doesn't notice? $3.42 is the overcharge in this situation.I would like Jack in the box headquarters to refund me, and a gesture for my time and stress on this, and investigate this location.

      I was in ************, and I hadnt eat all day. So while heading home I decided to stop for food, it was 1:31 AM when I pull up to the jack in the box restaurant. ( located at: ************************** ************, ** *****) when I pulled up to the drive thru machine, the employee inside said Hi, How are you doing today? We responded, then proceeded to try on order. And for the next almost 10 minutes we sat there trying to get someone to answer. When I pulled up to the window, the female employee inside refused to come to the window. And when we spotted her she shook her head and hands in a rudely mannered NO. The restaurant didnt close for another 30 minutes. I proceeded to pull off the the gas station next to them. And I watch cars pull up and try to get her attention and she was rude and refused to serve anyone. This was July 5, 2023 at 1:30 AM.

      Today 6/26/2023 I went to the ************* jack in the box. We usually go atleast once every two weeks. But today was the worst experience ever and we probably wont be back. We ordered a coffee, and the nugget meal. They didnt have cream for the coffee. The coffee was horrible. They didnt have any coke, ***************, or lemonade. I finally chose sprite and it was horrible. They didnt have lids for the drinks. Napkins and when we finally got our food, it was horrible!! It was cold and not cooked right. I am very upset because we really like going but I dont think we will anymore. The employees were rude and didnt listen as we were calling them. The floor was also very dirty and sticky. Im not the type to complain but today was horrible.

      I was charged for food I did not eat or get and also charged twice the same amount on my cash app card ***** +**** = ***** was charged and was treated with no customer service or hel with the charges when I talked to the manager of the ************** location in *********** ***** .

      Cash App seems to have had issues but have assured us the issue will be resolving without anyone being over charged or double charged.

      Jack in the Box has not over charged or extra charged this guest.

      I place an order for delivery on 06.24.2023, then received a email that the order was cancelled. I requested a refund the same day via the online site.I called the store at *************************, no answer left voicemail no response. Monday I called around 9am and spoke with ****, she said I needed to come in to do a refund. I went into the store around 11:30 am and purchased the food that was not delivered instead of a refund, they have now charged me $45.50. I need this corrected immediately.

      On June 24th I had made a purchase from this store and two days later I was charged double the original amount. Due to being over charged I am now left to deal with a financial crisis.

      Order # ***************** placed online through website on 6/24/2023 for delivery. Jack in the Box used Uber for delivery. Two items ordered and paid for were not included in my order. Uber driver was told by Jack in the Box employee that the items were not in stock and I would eventually be refunded. I contacted Jack in the Box to request refund on 6/24/2023. Received auto response on June 24 but no other update on when or if I would receive my refund. I was charged ***** on 6/24/2023 which included **** for two brownies not received.2 x ****'s Baked Brownie (2 x $2.69). $**** Requesting refund of **** plus tax for the two items I did not receive.
