      I have been a customer who frequents two of my local Jack in the restaurants (*********************** and *************/ **** ***** location). Because of dietary restrictions there are only certain items I am able to order. Two weeks ago I went to the Evergreen location and ordered my usual, a side of bacon, large french fry, and large drink. I was told by the employee I could no longer order any sides. I canceled my order and went to the Jack in the box on ******* ******** which accommodated my order. Today 6/12/23, I went to the ************ location and was told I could not order any sides i.e no, bacon, eggs, hamburger or sausage patties. Normally this would not be a problem but it discriminates against individuals with food restrictions such as, celiacs and other food allergies, not to mention individuals who follow low carb, keto, or diabetics who have to watch sugar and carb consumption. All the items now unavailable at these restaurants are mainly proteins and gluten free.

      06/08/23 1:25 pm ordered a take out ************ croissant discovered mold on the bread immediately told manager to receive full refund

      I ordered on the app on 5/12/23. One of the items was a chocolate milkshake for $4.99. when I got to the store, I was told that they don't have milkshakes and that I have to contact the app for a refund. I contacted the app and never received a reply. I wrote to the company and never received a reply. I messaged their social media page for the jack in the box mobile app and they never opened my message to read it. I did receive an automated email asking me if I was satisfied with how my issue was handled and I replied back to that email telling them that nobody from Jack in the box has ever addressed this or attempted to communicate with me. Jack in the Box owes me $4.99 + tax. I'll continue to try and get this refund until I'm refunded but I won't go away until this happens.

      June 3, 2023 2:06pm they did not give us all of our food but charged us like they did then returned there with receipts they refused to give us the rest of the food our refund or money they also keep their phone off the hook so they cant receive calls. We spent 35 dollars and only got 20 dollars worth of food. We need our money back

      May 25, 2023, I spent $5.97 at location #**** (***********, **. *****). Drive thru - the variety munchies box was fried in old grease you can taste and had a misleading poster, by having 4 mozzarella sticks posted, although you only get two in the box. I asked for a refund and was denied. I was given two mozzarella sticks for the sake of arguing about bad signage. That does not make up for giving me bad food. The tacos were mush and tasteless besides grease. I didn't go back to the store for arguments sake. I contacted Jack in the box and never received a response. I want my money back.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID #********.  I have done what was asked in giving my address to receive a complimentary certificate,  on 6/5/23 same day email was sent. It's been 4 days and I have not received it. We're in the same State several hours apart ,driving time. I  should have gotten it within 2 days. Issue has not been resolved yet.

      I had ordered me and my daughter some food from jack in the box I went through door dash to order I order us some ********************* and order me 2 Cheesecakes and when I opened the cheesecake and already started eating I had 2 bites and when I was gonna to take the 3rd bite as I turn it off its side I noticed mold on top of the cheesecake and I stopped eating it and immediately contacted DoorDash and jack in the box

      I ordered **** through the mobile app around midnight on March 31st, the order got cancelled because the store was closed. They canceled that charge so I ordered again from a different location only to have my card charged but no sign of my order or delivery. No email, no text, and nothing in the app about my order but my card is still charged. I would like a full refund

      I ordered food from jack in the box on May 26, 2023 at approximately 7pm. When I checked my food it was oily, burnt and not fresh. The employees had the doors locked so I couldn't enter the facility for a refund.

      On or about February 20/21 around midnight, I ordered from the drive through lane. I was the only customer. I had a promotion coupon from the back of a receipt from a visit to another Jack in the Box in Hillcrest for BOGO JumboJack. I asked for either grilled onions or red onions but not white raw onions. They are supposed to have all 3 varieties according to management. I used my debit card for the purchase. When I got home the burgers had raw white onions and no pickles and no receipt for the card use or the restaurants purchase receipt to file an experience claim based on information on the restaurant receipt. The following Monday Filed a complaint ********** customer service to report the issue and received an email with a event ID **************** and a specific phone number to call, ************. Several times during business hours I tried this number but a recording said they were closed!! Finally after a few days a person named ******** answered, apologized, took my information and said a District Manager would call me shortly. I told her I was also overcharged because I had just checked my bank account and was charged $5.59 for a $3.45 purchase found on their app. After 2 weeks no one called. I called her back and got the same recording they were closed. Days later ******** answered and gave reasons why the recording plays during business hours. Pretty weak excuses for this size company. I asked how a District Manager could refuse to call an unhappy customer and asked if she had confirmation he received her messagesshe said NO!! So I asked if another responsible company officer would kindly contact me. She said she would tell her manager. This exercise repeated itself again as recent as May 12 with not a single call to me! Im done trying to resolve this directly with the company and ask BBB to intervene.The store location is *****************************************
