Because I'm trying to get some information about somebody and you keep asking for information on me this isn't about me it's about the people I'm looking for information on and you're telling me I need to log in when I'm already logged in and then it's a weekend you're not open on the weekends if you're not open on the weekends I'm just wasting my days because I do this on the weekends more so than the weekdays so really this is not very helpful and I just waste my money if I can't get the information I need which is a regular background check and there's no reason for me to eat and be unlimited background check is what it said didn't say unlimited background checks on the moon the person is looking for somebody else this ***** I like that my money back but I won't get it this *****

This is just basically information you can get by Googling the name. Total waste of money. Also, when I looked up my own name just to corraborate the information I saw that they had my job titles wrong. I was a teacher that part is true, I was NEVER a real estate agent. And at age 65 they had my job title as a "Hooker" Hahaha! When I called to complain the woman (who barely spoke English) said she could not tell me how they came by that information other than "public record". I said "What public record is there for Hookers?". She couldn't answer this question but said only "public record" I am a 77 year old retired elementary school teacher, a devote my volunteer time to my school and my small community garden. This is character defamation and they should be sued!Truthfinder

They gather huge amounts of data about you with the promise of a report only to be forced to pay AFTER you provide sensitive data. A legitimate company would state this upfront, prior to gathering personal info. Very scammy company!!Truthfinder

If I could give stars in the negative I would. This platform doesn't exist there is no report. It just takes your money and send you to an email verification screen over and over with no customer service **** at all it just hangs up on you. Can't access any kind of report on anything this is a scam and I want my money back. This should be illegal ypu can't promise me a **** report then just take my money and give me nothing...Truthfinder

My email and ****** accounts were hacked and someone opened an account with Truth Finder without my permission in July then they cancelled it in September. I didn't know about it until November when I checked my ****** account. I called Truth Finder and they agreed that I didn't create the account with them. They refunded September's payment but refused to refund July and August payments citing too much time had passed. Even spoke with a supervisor, who stated the same. This company admits to taking my money under fraudulent conditions but refuseds to refund it. This is theft by deception.Truthfinder

Based on my recent personal experience with TruthFinder's background report service, I found several concerning inaccuracies in my own report that I feel compelled to share:The report contained multiple errors in my personal information, including incorrect current and past addresses, employment details that do not belong to me, and email addresses that are not mine. Most concerning was the inclusion of a correctional facility record that does not belong to me, as I have never had any such history.Additionally, the family/relative connections shown in my report included people who are not my relatives and displayed incorrect relationship statuses.After reviewing my report thoroughly, I found the information to be outdated and inaccurate in several crucial areas. I saw nowhere on the website where it says anything about having to pay or be charged. And they say "we don't claim to be a free service", well you don't claim not to be either. Not accurate or recent updated i formation at all. Ive looked for a woman that I know exactly where shes lived for 2 years and Truthfinder still had her at her former address before that and no other records. Ridiculously inaccurate.Truthfinder
