I had never heard of Truthfinder before two charges showed up on my bank account. It seems somewhat strange that there were charges from BeenVerified and *********** on the same day. I had never heard of those either. I cancelled my card and have filed charges against all three companies. Be weary before you use any of these businesses.

I was directed to this website through a sponsored ad on ******* I was looking for ways to access ********** marriage records. I needed to obtain the date that my husband's first marriage occured. Without the date, we couldn't request the documentation from the state. I sat through the annoying 30+ minute fake loading screens while this website "searched" his name. Paid $30 for a month, only for his marriage history to not appear on the report. I searched myself to see if our marriage would appear - it didn't. Searched his ex - still nothing.So I googled if TruthFinder could really access marriage records - and much to my surprise, they have a disclaimer on their website saying they cannot provide that in the report. Despite the fact that their ****** ad SPECIFICALLY stated that they could pull marriage record information. This website is a scam. I messaged them asking for my $30 back since I was mislead by their advertisement to believe I'd get information from them which they do not offer AT ALL on their reports (regardless of state). I'll probably not receive a refund, and at this point, I don't really care. This business needs to be punished for their false advertising claims.Truthfinder

Truthfiders has linked some one who has the same name and DOB as me. She was born in ***** and lives in ********* ****** which I've never lived in either place. Needless to say when my family members requested the information packet this person has a a criminal record which I DON'T HAVE A CRIMINAL RECORD. And I haven't heard from them regarding correcting this problem or removing my information from their site or unlinking me from this personTruthfinder

This business had had so much fraud linked behind it. They put up information that shouldn't be viewed. They also falsify information and have people labeled as *** offenders when they are NOT. They'll have people labeled as offenders even though the public offender registry doesn't have them listed. This site lies about people's age and history. It's complete garbage and a scam. I am currently contemplating seeking out a lawyer. This site should be shut down permanently.Truthfinder
