  Truthfinder keeps sending pop-*** to my screen about an article I am done searching for and the pop-*** block my screen view of other items. Will never use them again d/t this unending problem which they offer no way to remove.

  This company has taken my money and not provided any services. I am in the process of getting my money back but I feel obligated to warn others about the hidden fees that only surface when you try to retrieve a report from them. The subscription fee was fine but there is also a per transaction fee to use the unlimited feature otherwise you get nothing at all, and your money is already gone when you realize this.

  I cancelled awhile back and I am still charged for an ongoing subscription even through I was sent an email confirmation declaring that I had cancelled. I need a refund and I am hoping they will pay me back for charging me an additional month that I should not have had to pay for.

  I initiated a background check on one individual. All the while I'm waiting for Truthfinder to acquire all the information for the report they're selling me. They go on and on about all the details they will provide the whole 15 or 20 minutes I'm waiting including "you will see *****************". Even though the individual had a total of 60+ criminal case numbers in his timeline many of which included felony arrests and several resulted in county jail and state prison sentences, not a single mug shot was included. So I couldn't even verify if the report was for the same person I was inquiring about. Unsatisfied, I demanded a full refund. A refund of $28.05 was credited to my bank account on 5/6/2023 but they had charged me the $28.05 amount twice. Once on 3/22 and again on 4/28. Additionally there were 2 charges of $3.99 each-once on 3/22 and again on 4/21. So they still owe me $36.03 and I had told them over a month ago how much they had charged me altogether but so far my demands have fallen on deaf ears. All this grief when they know I only ran the one background check and they never delivered what they promised. Still wasting my time for something that should have been fully resolved over a month ago.

  Truth finder is just a money making mill. I read a lot of the reviews here and they all have seemingly similar issues. My experience was the same. I went through the process of obtaining a background report and signing up for the 30$ monthly subscription. I read the info on the site and understood this was a reoccurring charge. The report I received was all things I already knew, so I cancelled shortly after. The next month I received more charges from the website. Apparently when I went to unlock certain parts of the report which I already paid for, I was unknowingly signing up for more subscriptions. This was not clearly explained or displayed when I unlocked parts of the reports. So when I cancelled, I didnt cancel these other subscriptions because I didnt know Id signed up for them. This is shady business practice. All to make money without thought and consideration the customer. I called customer service and was met with a really rude agent, she just kept snapping at me saying, well what do you want me to do about it??. Obviously all these people are complaining about these things in unison for a reason. It really shows how little you care about customer satisfaction considering nearly all of your replies are copy and paste.

  After canceling several times, this company continues to charge my credit card. My account is listed as canceled, yet Im still getting charges. They have not responded to refund requests either.
