Very dishonest business. They pull you around for 10 minutes just to try to sell you a $30 a month to access what you just spent 10 minutes trying to find. No, they do not disclose this at the start of your search. No there isn't a one time payment option. They definitely collect your information too. Do not use this site.

I made the mistake of giving them my email address. Fortunately I did not give them payment info. I was immediately notified by my Credit Watch account that they had put my email and password on the DARK WEB! Do not give them any info. AVOIDTruthfinder

Lies. Promised certain information and it doesn't show. I ran a couple test searches of people I know who have criminal convictions (talking prison time here), and they didn't show up on there. It's public knowledge as it was in newspaper articles. I attempted to reach out to truthfinder directly about a refund option literally the same day I signed up for it. I doubt it had even been one hour since the payment. No response so they get a negative public review now. Do not give these people money. Run searches through your local sheriff's office instead.Truthfinder

I tried truthfinder.com to access a friends driving record so he could obtain a photo ID from the *** in another state. After going through all the prompts which take about ***************************************************** the wrong person. I communicated with a tech person by computer. They assured me I would be able to access the correct file tomorrow. That never happened. Instead, they flooded my email with tons of ads, daily, asking me for a year's subscription. Truthfinder.com did not work out for me. They are disreputable liars.Truthfinder

I've been contacting this site for months and even obtained a membership so I can have a trail of our correspondence. Working for homeland security and also corrections, my details so not need to be public. I was told back in December my details would be removed, and it's now April. The gentleman says, "sorry, we'll get that removed in ************************************************* December. I even have emailed correspondence of me verifying that I'm officially me and I ***** details off. Not only are we creating a ******* video in order to have others speak out, for the lying, blatant disrespect, and lack of professionalism I've captured on the calls, I WILL be pressing charges and my attorney is hungry. Was advertised $1 for 7 days. Did not get the report i wanted. Then was charged not only the $1 but a 2nd fee for $4.21 which bounced as i used a card with only a few dollars on it as i only needed a little over a dollar. Account declined the charge Then they tried to charge me again for over $30! Scam! I had immediately cancelled the repeat service the day i paid as it wasnt even the right file. Today i found it hadnt been cancelled and made sure that paypal cancelled the recurring payment which i Already cancelled direct via truthfinder. Bait and switch. Was told 1 (**** with tax) but wasnt told of any other fee. Only that they would charge me after 7 days. Its not been 7 days...Truthfinder
