    I placed a order and it was delivered to another state I have sent numerous emails because theres no contact phone number and they have not responded I also contacted *** and I was told that the company changed the shipping address and they will not respond to my emails asking for replacement or a refund

    On june third I placed in order. On june fourth I received a text message stating that two were the items We're not available. I asked to receive a credit. The next day I also alerted them that 1 was not working. So a credit for 3 items was needed. Each item was 4.49 plus tax so credit should be *****. I have been reaching out for the past 3 week's and I keep getting it will be done soon.Are we just moved?We don't have time to do this. Or I get no response at all.

    Ordered 20 vapes from wevapeusa. It has been 2 weeks and there customer service responded once to say the order was going to be shipped. Now they refuse to answer and still didnt send the product. Stay away from this place. Order #******

    On 10/29/23 I placed an order and it was received 11/1/23 with 22 vapes of the wrong flavor Order #******] (October 29, 2023)As instructed I returned the incorrect flavor vapes and havent had a response from this company or the correct flavor delivered as promised. No refund and emails have not been replied to.

    I would have been filed on BBB, but I did not know to do so. I paid $80.35 on July 25th, 2022. I called them and emailed them yet I never received a reply back. I would like a refund due to the fact the items were never shipped nor received. I will attach a copy of the payment made and a copy of the email I sent to the company asking for a refund.

    Hello, in regards to Order #****** placed on september 17th i have not received any updates on my shipment. I tried calling, texing and emailing the business and they have ignored me for the past several days. Please respond asap with update or further escalation would pursue. Thanks
