No refunds or credits apply, even if a high season ticket is used during regular season or low season or if a regular season ticket is used during low season, or a passenger misses their flight due to delays in airline queues, immigration, customs or any other type of inspection, or if their flight is cancelled. Requests for refunds of CBX tickets purchased from airlines (whether from Volaris, Aeromexico or Viva Aerobus) must be made directly with the airline that sold the CBX tickets, and such refund requests are subject to airlines’ specific terms and conditions.
