    The Cross Boarder Express is the fastest and mons convent way to get to the Tijuana airport ********* literally takes longer to cross the bridge than to go through Customs and TSA. It usually takes about 15 minutes for the whole precess. They have a lot of parking but it does get full so make a reservation. I highly recommend.

    Using CBX to cross to and from the *************** is quick and convenient. We did have an issue paying the Mexican Tourist Tax there though. The agent helping us said the first 3 credit cards we used didnt work. She said the 4th card worked. When we got home we discovered that all the cards worked and now were stuck with trying to get a refund from a system that is impossible to contact. Beware when paying the Mexican Tourist Tax at the kiosks in CBX.

    Love CBX! Easy to prepay and link to all paperwork to fill out well before travelling. Security and Customs always quick and easy. The best part is once you land in ******, you already have cleared all required steps - after CBX it is a domestic flight and your off to your final destination.

    I purchased a parking space online lot E when I got to parking lot E was full and computer screen said go to parking B to park. When I got back from my vacation I got charged again b cause I parked in parking lot B.

    Bought tickets which included CBX pass. When trying to scan it was not working. Someone checked and said it should have so they asked me to follow them they started a process then someone else came and then they said he is taking over. 25 minutes later they finally let us thru. Next where they check passports there was a huge line and only 2 people checking documents. Was there so long and ended up missing flight by 4 minutes. Was told I had to reschedule tickets and had to pay an extra $200 and not only that there were no flights till the next morning. Since I drove from a few hours away we had to stay at the airport over 24 hrs. If they know it was a busy season why not have more employee lines open checking documents. I heard so many people missing there flight because of this and at the end we are the ones paying the price. This caused us to miss my nieces funeral and that really wasnt fair to us

    I love the CBX service, but when I purchased my last ticket, I didn't notice that there was still a ticket in my cart from a trip that I had taken 8 months prior (I ended up buying the CBX ticket along with my airline ticket for that trip, so I had not completed the purchase, and unbeknownst to me, the ticket was somehow still in my cart). So I ended up being charged double and purchasing two tickets, one of which I didn't need. I contacted customer service and received a nice response from a representative named *************************, who said that their policy was that purchases were nonrefundable, but that in this case, she would give me the option of a refund if I sent a photo of my bank statement showing the purchase. I sent a photo and never heard back from her again. I sent three follow up emails and even opened a new case with customer service and never heard back. I tried to use their online chat service and was online waiting for a representative to respond for four hours and then when I typed another response into the chat received the generic reply that it was outside of their business hours. They had kept me waiting online until they were closed. I am absolutely disgusted. Be very careful, because they will keep anything that you place in your cart for months, even though the tickets are dated. Any issues that you have, you can forget about customer service. I will contact my bank to dispute the charge.

    This business is a disaster with a skeleton crew running the business. There are no managers ever available. Reserved parking is expensive and the bar code (prepaid) didn't open the gate. I called for help and no one replied. Cars mounted behind me so I paid with a credit card on the spot (I guess reserving was unnecessary) and proceeded to look for help after I parked and there was no one in the parking area but for Valet. I went inside and was told to use the same reserved scan code when leaving (makes no sense?), because that would work. This also proved wrong and telephone customer service directed me to email support. 4 emails went unanswered and calls requesting to speak to management were plainly. Girl said she had strict orders to direct me to email support.This business refuses to deal with clients, refund monies and is run for pure profit with little re-investment in personnel and client support. When you head to CBX, you are time sensitive, you are crossing an international border and having a CBX as a liability when dealing with reservations, scan issues makes your trip stressful.To date they refuse to reply to emails and have not reviewed my duplicate charges for a refund of one of the charges. The receipt is the only place to find an actually telephone number. Their support phone number only appears on receipts. Horrible business. Take an UBER instead. Run like a cheap motel.
