    I won 1 free cruise and free airfare for two including the hotel reservation for 2 days.Upon dealing with 2 agents the scam start appearing:1 Suddenly from round trip air fare I only got 1 way trip only.From 2 days vacation- they only gave me 1 day.then when I called the Hotel Planet Hollywood ***************- there was no reservation.Then when I called Jet Blue to confirm my flight- there were no flight scheduled.$100 was charged for activation of each coupon = $200 $400 for air fare $750 for 4 days cruise All together $1250 for 3 months of headaches STAY AWAY FROM ODENZA.POOR SERVICE.FRAUD DEPARTMENT ODENZA Travel Consultant ********************

You were provided with a promotional travel offer for your cruise however you had selected to upgrade the dates as well as the cabin at an additional cost which you were made aware of at that time and agreed to move forward with. We do apologize for the delay you experienced due to an unexpected staff changeover and any inconvenience this caused.
