    I had an absolutely spectacular experience with ******* *****, Travel Advisor, from Odenza Vacations. Everything was seamless, and there were no hidden fees. The level of service and attention to detail was outstanding, and it made my entire trip so enjoyable and stress-free. I truly appreciate the transparency and honesty they provided throughout the booking process, which made a huge difference. I will definitely be doing business with Odenza again in the future and highly recommend them.

    ***** is my agent and I was honestly surprised how great my experience has been. This is my first time using my travel voucher and I had some apprehensions. But ***** was really awesome and even though I didnt get the flights I wanted right away, I waited a month and got an even better deal than the month before! So ultimately Im really really happy with my 2 nights hotel + round trip airfare voucher for two experience and I think its because my agent in particular is really wonderful.

    Took awhile but ******* ***** took care of me. He knew I really wanted to get my 5 day cruise booked so took the time and addressed my concerns. I was skeptical at first of this company, but after he booked my cruise and I saw it actually booked, I felt relieved. I would like to thank ***** for helping me out and spending time on the phone going through the whole process

    Complete trash! The agent ***** booked me for a room making me think we had a balcony and ocean view when we didn't! They lied and got me to upgrade for nothing! Just to have a room with no balcony and no view. We have a city view!!! These people are liars and hopefully have not ruined our family vacation! 6 people in a room and you don't think we want a balcony??? Their website shows you pictures of what you THINK is your room, just to be told those are a mixture of pictures??? Like what kind of scam is that!? If I book on Expedia they show me MY room not some ROOM. Im definitely not done with this as im SO upset these people have ruined our family trip in this way.

    Lies again. Your agent ***** sat there and laughed on the phone with me about watching the sunrise from the BALCONY that we were not booked for. I asked about it and was assured our party had a balcony. You people continue to try to tell me otherwise and gave no mention of your so called recorded calls. So now I have to negotiate a balcony & hopefully get one because your agent couldn't just be HONEST and say you can't guarantee a balcony. And I trusted you slime people so much I didn't even heavily review the reservation cause yall had me that at ease. You people gave no integrity or morals and I would NEVER dream of advising anyone to do business with you. Had I not won the vacation at a rib festival I doubt I would've ever heard of you! And I know why *** your company is trash! End of story.

    Your rep ****** literally laughed on the phone with me about Watching the sunrise from a balacony she knew wasn't booked! I'm still HOPING I can get it changed before our family trip. You guys are upset you couldn't upsell me..and even though I paid for an "upgraded" trip lol you still got me!?? your business is terrible. I wouldn't recommend to anyone because you're dishonest.

A balcony room may be available at an additional charge, and the cost of this upgrade will be available closer to the booking date and will be determined by the property.
