    I received a certificate to have access to a week-long stay. I paid the $150 deposit and I got onto the site and "placed a hold" on a unit. The instructions said to confirm the reservation within 24 hours by calling a number or sending an email. I called the confirmation phone number 6 times and left my contact info but never got through and they never returned a phone call or email. They then canceled my reservation after 24 hours because they said that I did not confirm my reservation. This is very frustrating. I made the reservation a second time and have sent an email and left a message after phoning and not getting through. I cannot give this company a very good rating.

    We had gotten a voucher to use and when we called them to get it going they required a $100 deposit and said we would get it back after we booked through them. I have tried calling and booking through the site and their number and always get a voicemail so I leave my info and email them as well several times and then get no response. I feel scammed. Dont do it!

    This reviews is for Poojan. After less than subpar service from another agent whos no longer working for Odenza, ****** showed up and turned my experience upside down. He was very accommodating and helped me book my vacation with ease. Very pleasant too. Thank you ******!

    This sales presentation with *** connected with Odenza is very misleading. After listening to a 90 presentation (he went much over) You are supposed to get a travel airline and hotel voucher. You have to wait after they take your credit card payment 24 to 48 hours to book it. Try to book it and this is what you get:* sorry you cant fly out of ************ ******** * Sorry you could only fly on a Monday, Tuesday Wednesday possibly a Sunday * no problem lets get something booked * sorry, we have nothing available March April or May. These companies make it virtually impossible to redeem the travel and hotel voucher that was awarded. Do not attend one of their seminars!!!
