    ******* ******* was very helpful with my travel certificate. He was the second ****** I spoke with. The first ****** I spoke to did nothing and was supposed to call me back on a 24 hour reservation hold and he never did. ******* ******* was much more professional and took care of my second reservation which I had to make because the first one had expired.I found this company's booking process very non consumer friendly but this is not the travel ***** fault.I was promised a $100 travel voucher by the first ***** for bringing a 3rd ***** but haven't seen that happen. And the $100Travel voucher for completing this survey is not useful either as I will probably not use a travel agency for booking, a gift card would be better.

    Never again while I book anything from ****** marketing group. Everything they tell you is only 10% of the truth. The taxes, fees, departure dates, and hotels they offer are c*** You end up paying the same by booking it yourself. If there was an option to pick zero stars, I wouldve done this.
