    Breezaire has failed to stand behind the cooling unit. I purchased a unit 3 years ago- it failed last year- 1year after purchase- I had to pay for round trip shipment back to their facility, pay for performance testing and repair. It has failed again- 12 months after last repair ( only they can repair to maintain warranty) and again their offer is to pay for round trip transports, etc, etc. With two failures in 2 years, this is an unacceptable solution. I will never buy a product from this company again- failure of product and bigger failure in customer service.

The unit ***** to a room with a fan draw to the outside of the house Breezaire The back of the unit has an intake and a discharge if they are venting into the same are the unit maybe overheating )we would need picture to review) you may have a blow compressor capacitor We believe the unit maybe overheating and the cap for the compressor is blown. We have not received any emails or call back to help with the installation issues. Breezaire Service
