    This company had an outage and their systems went down and at the time my email was ************************** I even had my husband look at it before I logged out I thought it was a problem with my phone before I realized they had an outage. Well I couldnt log back in and then it said I didnt even have an account with him. I have been trying to correspond with him and they keep telling me that I had logged out. The email that I started account with that is the email that I started is account with. I just would like my money back. I need to login with account. The email that I started account with. I just would like my money back when I start as an account in August I had 300 miles and then September I had 400 miles . I have copies of the emails where I have talk to the helpdesk if I need to provide those also for further proof.
