    I have an appointments booked with the stylist TamariahPrevost. Her address is not listed on her profile. I've called and text her multiple times to confirm address and appointment. She did not respond. I'm being charged the full price of the appt although no services have been rendered. I sent evidence directly to styleseat.com support desk and have not been provided any refund or support contacting the stylist.

    I want to file a complaint against style seat for not giving me money money back. I booked with a stylist on 6/22 for a services to be rendered on 6/23. The appointment time was available which is how I was able to book. I get a message from the stylist telling me that she works until 8 pm and would not be able to accommodate as my appointment was scheduled for 6:45. I canceled to rebook with a different stylist and was charged $33. I reached out to style seat and was told that the stylist would have to return my money, but shes not reaching back out to me. I feel like style seat should return my money even if the style doesnt because I booked through style seat. My reasoning didnt matter and I feel like this is unfair treatment.

    I booked an appointment with a stylist on your website on April 04,2023 and had to put a card on file to do so. The stylist never sent me her address the day of the appointment. I called her multiple times and also reached out to her by text message. She finally responded 23 minutes before my scheduled and said she had overslept because she stayed up late the night before and asked if I could reschedule for a later time that day. I was unable to reschedule for the time she suggested and was also turned off by her unprofessionalism so I turned down the new appointment time. I asked the stylist if my card would be charged and she said no it shouldnt be. The next day April 5, 2023 my card was charged for the full price of the service ($51.00) plus a ($1.65) booking fee and tip ($12.00). I communicated this with her and she told me she could not send the refund until the transaction went through and I should receive it within 5 days. I waited days and days to see if the refund would be credited to my account and it never was. On April 27,2023 I attempted to contact the stylist again through text message and explained that I never received the refund and asked if she could please send me my money back and I got no response!! I was charged for services that were never rendered and this is unacceptable. This is unfair and this should not be allowed. I see that I am not the only one that has dealt with this problem using your website. You clearly have people using your platform to scam people out of their money and it is completely unfair. The stylist that I booked with has taken her profile down from your website. Hmmm I wonder why!!! I attempted to file a dispute but it was denied and I was told to reach out to you, the merchant directly. I need my money back and I need it back ASAP!! I have text messages showing proof that I never received a service and should have never been charged in the first place. Something needs to be done about these evident scammers!!!!!!

    Saturday morning I used style seat app to find and make an appointment with a hair stylist. I arrived ***************************************************************************** scheduled, but style seat had not let her know. Well it was too late for me to cancel and even if I had it was going to charge me. So by not canceling an appointment I had arrived for, I opted to try for a refund fro.styleseat. I filed for a refund with style.seat and they still want to charge me for a late fee or a service that I didn't receive secondary to a miscommunication between styleseat and the stylist. The stylist was nice, but she couldn't service me. I just want my money back.... $180.00 from style seat. This is not the first time this has happened to me with styleseat, but the stylist squeezed me in to provide the service. This stylist could not.

    I have used this app several times over the past few years & found some good stylists. This time I scheduled a same day appointment for my child advertised at $55. After scheduling, a confirmation screen popped up saying Id be charged $72! I thought it was an error that the stylist would fix. She told me that styleseat were charging me a convinience fee and she couldnt do anything about it. I was shocked - 30% convenience fee. This should pop up as a warning if thats the case, so we know what we are committing to. I was going to schedule an appointment for myself with her but if ill be charged 30% on top ill end up paying $270 for a $200 hairstyle plus tips. ** really disappointed in Styleseat for just sneakily charging that fee. Not cool at all & wont be using the app again.

    On June 9, 2023, I was supposed to have an appointment with a *****************************. Unfortunately, I was unable to make it. I was running extremely late. The person still went ahead and charged me $180.00 and a tip for work she never performed for $36,00. Moreover, this individual was difficult to get in touch with.

    On April 20th 2023, I found ************************* on Etsy and purchased 1 bundle of 10 locs. I then found her on her Instagram and styleseat webpage and purchased 7 more bundles of loc extensions totaling 80 loc extensions for 525$. Her information below:website = ******************************************************* address = ************************************************************* phone # = ************ company = ************************************* registered to = ******************************* Seals LLC # = ************ As time went on she continued to tell me she will ship my product and it should get to me before May 26th and it never did come. She even promised to send a tracking number which she didn't. It is now June 6th and I reported her scam. She responded to me finally today and stated she will not refund me my money and blocked me. Please remove her business "Pure Elegance ****** 1and Beauty" from styleseat, and etsy if possible. She owes me 525$. A total scam! Please help.

    Made an online appoint through Styleseat app for hairstyle with Styleseat. My appointment was at 11:00 am. A stylist said that my stylist wasnt there. Asked if someone else could do my hair. I felt pressured and left. The card on file was charged $100 for no service rendered. I also contact my bank for fraudulent charges. They proceeded to tell me if they could not charge card that they will ban me permanently from their ******** told them to mot charge my card for services not approved. She proceeds to tell me it was $100 for chair fee. If this matter is not resolve . I will continue through small claims court if my bank falls through with their investigation. It does not say that you will be charged a fee if your stylist doesnt show up or you leave due to no show of stylist.

    My complaint is the unprofessional appointment with Styleseat support & beauticians service. First of all, I texted & called beautician, she didnt respond, so I cancelled & tried to book another beautician then the first beautician said she would do it but did not tell me she did hair from home. She was late responding, I had to wait on her in the parking lot of apartment, Ive used style seat several times, never had a problem getting in touch with beautician, on top of that its very unprofessional to do hair in your home, my neck was hurting the next day from either the blow up thing she put around my neck to wash my hair or the fact that my head was so far from the kitchen sink!! My hair was a mess, I had to find someone else to fix it, not even sure if she was the one that was suppose to do my hair! also I am suggesting to style seat to have beauticians to show their license before doing people hair because she clearly did not know how to do hair but Im willing to go to court about all this crazy mess!!
