      Horrible company they do not stand by their products. II've owned the Charge 5 for 2.5 years ago of a sudden the battery no longer holds a charge. This wasn't gradual but overnight. No offer to repair or replace but offered a 35% off coupon for a future purchase, why would I spend more money for another inferior product. I originally had an Alta that atleast lasted 4 years, and had the same offer I should of learned from the first time and I'm not the only person this has happened to.

      Don't buy from fitbit they don't stand…
      Don't buy from fitbit they don't stand by their products! My first Alta died within 4 years of owning and stupidly I made the mistake of buying the Charge 5, this one only lasted 2.5 years. No offer for repair or replacement but offered a 35% off coupon. I guess that's better than nothing but why would i keep repeating the same mistake. Horrible product and company!

      If I could give Fitbit no stars I would. Ever since buying this it never works. It doesnt give accurate times for excercise and customer service literally said we know but arent going to do anything you should buy a stopwatch. It now wont count mileage jogged. **************** was no help. Also their app goes down a lot and youre constantly having to restart it and redownload the app.

      I purchase a fitbit Versa 2, it stopped working, I contacted the company in order to find out if the product was still under warranty. I was in shock on the procedure they have in order to verify the account. You must have a Goggle e-mail account in order for them to see the account. Even though I used my Hot mail account under the registration with the company. I had to open a Goggle account in order to have the information confirmed and they were not able to verify. This is INSANE what if a person does not have access to a computer (elderly person) they will never provide them with the due warranty? THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. STAY AWAY..

      I sent them my fitbit on January 2023 due to a recall. They said I would get a refund within 3 weeks and here we are almost 2 year later with no refund. I've called them numerous times and they keep saying they will escalate my case but nothing happens. They took my money for the watch, then the watch. Very disappointed in this brand.

      I purchased the limited edition Luxe watch Match 2023 and screen was not working but giving time After calling Fitbit and speaking to them idk what they did now its just a white screen and then they said ok so its broke. Go buy another one. I called and called but no one is helping after spending CA$300 am being told this watch is done and go buy another in less then 18 months. I cant get the head offices number or anyone with sense to tell me how come the screen is now all white

      Fitbit watches are the lowest in quality.The watch will only work for 2 years and then malfunction.You can call customer service , and they put you on hold for fifteen minutes and then come back to the line and tell you that they will call you back. This never happens.I was told by the last agent, that the watch only has a warranty for one year. This tells me that they know that they are selling a $250 piece of garbage.Other watch manufacturers that sell similar watches have longer warranties. This is the second and last time this will happen to me. My next watch will be an Apple.Do buy Fitbit garbage watches.

      After several days of back and forth with their support team, they refused to help with my charge 5 which got the widely known irrecoverable boot loop.After stating how upset I was, they only offered me a discount. When I got the email, which ****** states 50% off any new device, that was false. I discovered after typing the code in, that it was actually only good for 35%. Wait a minute, the email says 50. So when I informed them of this most recent blunder, the customer service person says the email was a mistake,WTF. They won't help with my defective device, and worse they won't honor their own words. I have all the convos and emails saved for proof.Great way to lose a loyal customer with shady business practices.

      Fitbit has never been a good quality product, but over the past couple of years the quality has gone from poor to truly abysmal. I've had Fitbits for 10 years, so you can say I've been a loyal customer. The last three devices I've purchased have had fatal defects while still in warranty. I never bothered to ask for a ***lacement until now. After getting a massive runaround, their phone *** agreed I would be sent a brand new ***lacement device immediately. Needless to say, this turned out to be a lie--****** wrote me with a return authorization that stated: 1) I had to return my broken device first, and would be without one for at least two weeks 2) even though the defect to my device WAS covered under warranty (they made me send a photo, and agreed the defect was covered and not ***airable), the return instruction email stated vaguely that if it weren't covered they'd charge me the full cost of the ***lacement and 3) the return instructions stated I "might" get a used/refurbished device rather than the promised new one. A whole bunch of lies. Moreover, all the instructions to back up the data, delete the data and reset the device were 100% wrong. No wonder Fitbit is not accredited with the BBB. No wonder they have a 1.05/5 rating. Fitbit and ****** are just a disgrace. I bought a new, different brand of fitness tracker. Good riddance to these people. DON'T BUY A FITBIT.

      I've been going through the issue of my Versa 4 not working after a Fitbit update. It has completely stopped my watch from working. It states that the watch is locked, already paired, lost or stolen. Then it starts to act like its a new watch and when I put the pass code in, it gives me the same above message. I opened up a case on Wednesday night (August 21st) at 10pm and called on Thursday (Aug 22nd) to see what's going on. I keep getting the same UNACCEPTABLE response - that someone from the escalated team will reach out to me between 24 to 48 hours and it may take a week to hear from them. SERIOUSLY! Now I've had no watch for the past 2 days and I'm going away tomorrow morning and will not have my watch to track my activity. What should have happened was Fitbit should have been able to fix this issue immediately as its their update that created this situation and/or a replacement watch should have been sent to my attention.
