      Fitbit has let me down. I received an email on 6/8/22 informing me that they received my Ionic and Id receive my refund in 10 business days. Now it is 7/29/22 and Im at a loss: no watch, no refund and Ive wasted a lot of time on their inquiry line third time calling and each time Im told that its processing and it will come. Maybe if I had chosen PayPal. What is the hold up? What is going on and why are we in the dark?

      My Fitbit Ionic was recalled due to it catching on fire while wearing it. I sent it back and it was put into their system April 11. I STILL have not received my refund. I call and the number used has no information other than to expidate the claim. I have waited almost 4 months, and no one can help me. The refund gets sent to my PayPal. My daughter received her refund and she sent hers in June. I am frustrated and no one from FitBit is not giving any information who to contact for the refund. They put the recall in, so they should be more helpful. I have made 8 phone calls only to be told it will expedited.
